Only a short boat or car ride from the bustling summer town of Port Carling where you can peruse the downtown boutiques and waterfront docks. Enjoy dinner at one of the many restaurants, followed by an ice-cream cone for all from Mooskoka's parlour! This is a perfect location for boating and fishing enthusiasts with access to "The Big 3" lakes in Muskoka from this property! Close to one of the major arteries in Muskoka makes this property super accessible.
PROPERTY
ALOHA IN MUSKOKA - Flat level land leads you to this beautiful, newly renovated bungalow. Large driveway with parking for 4 - 6 cars and a Tesla charger. The welcoming front porch extends the front half of the house and wraps around to lakeside deck. This is a very large new deck with glass railings for unobstructed views of the lake and new patio furniture. Down below is a walk out lower level to lower deck. Lots of flat, level land for the kids to play. Steps down from the lower deck lead you to the firepit and to the waterside where you are greeted by a beautiful shallow, sandy beach enclosed by two docks. This is your own private alcove with a small staircase into the water. The larger dock has a dining table and ample space for sunning under the south exposure. There is plenty of deep water, 6 feet off the dock for watersports and those that like to swim and fish.

The open concept great room has a wall of windows with a view to the lake,walkout to deck, brand new cozy seating around a stone, wood burning fireplace and large TV.

The newly finished lower level rec room has a cozy sectional sofa, pinball machine, wood burning fireplace, large TV and walkout.
BOATHOUSE
This one slip newer boathouse has a great entertainment space inside with glass doors that roll up for indoor/outdoor entertainment by the water.

The linens and turnover fee is $960 per rental
This cottage includes 8 hours of midweek housekeeping during peak season rentals
