The two-room apartment has a large living room with open kitchen, dining area with table for 4 people, sofa (also double bed which is prepared only in case of explicit request), large covered terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with every utensil, dishwasher (detergent tabs provided), oven, electric kettle and coffee machine with capsules (supplied).
Tablecloth with napkins, breakfast placemats and tea towels provided.
Some drinks are available for guests in the fridge.
From the living room you then enter the corridor, where an elegant office/reading area has been created, with a nice coat rack, bookcase and desk with USB charging lamp and comfortable chair.
The corridor leads to a large double bedroom (with large private terrace) equipped with a large wardrobe with sliding doors, with hangers for clothes inside, a very spacious double chest of drawers and two bedside tables both equipped with a multi-socket (each with 2 Italian sockets, 1 Schuko socket, one USB A and one USB C).
An elegant wooden valet stand is very useful for hanging jackets, trousers, belts and shirts.
From the corridor you enter the bathroom with shower, recently renovated together with the sink and bathroom fixtures.
In the bathroom there is a hairdryer and a practical washing machine (detergent tabs, clothesline, pegs, ironing board and iron included in the apartment for free use).

Bed linen (traditional double sheets in 100% cotton) and bathroom towels (shower towel, face towel, bidet towel + shower mat) supplied clean at each change of guest (for longer stays, the change takes place weekly).
Air conditioning in the apartment with two splits in the living room and bedroom, which can be operated with remote control.
Carbon monoxide/smoke detectors and methane gas detector installed in the apartment, as per current legislation.
There is a portable fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

The apartment is located in a quiet area of Lainate, but also strategic for getting around and reaching the many nearby places of interest. Area well served by nearby bus stops and the nearby railway stations of Rho and Garbagnate Milanese. Metro station for the city of Milan just a few kilometers away, in nearby Rho and Pero.
Furthermore, the apartment is located a few steps from the Lainate motorway exit, in a strategic area for the two trade fair centers in Milan, FIERAMILANO and FIERAMILANOCITY.

It is also very close to the two largest shopping centers in Italy and Milan, IL CENTRO and MERLATA BLOOM MILANO, which attract tourists from all over Italy.
It is absolutely worth remembering that Lainate boasts the beautiful Villa Litta, a historic 16th century villa that belonged to the Visconti Borromeo family, which can be visited by reservation.
In the area, numerous pharmacies, supermarkets and hypermarkets of various kinds, various shops, restaurants, bars and pizzerias; as well as swimming, tennis, golf and padel sports centers and a horse riding centre.
