Providence Golf Club features an 18-hole course, plus a pro shop and restaurant. By the clubhouse, you'll also find a community swimming pool, and tennis courts. There's a juice bar that's only as short walk from the home as well.

The Space:
This 4-bedroom, pet-friendly home is newly furnished, and is perfect for families. There are 2 children's bedrooms, that each feature 2 twin beds. There are 2 separate primary bedrooms, each with a sparkling ensuite bathroom and a King sized bed. Each bathroom features a large walk-in shower, including the third bathroom that isn't an ensuite. Each bedroom has its own smart TV and all are connected to wireless internet service. This is a single level home without any stairs to climb.

You'll love lounging out on the back patio sundeck, soaking up those Florida rays. Stretch out on a sun lounger, and take a dip in the swimming pool when you're ready to cool off. The sundeck is screened in, so no pesky mosquitos will bother you when you're enjoying a poolside meal at the outdoor dining table. And you can add BBQ to the menu, thanks to your outdoor grill.

Providence Resort is complete with a restaurant, a full-service bar, a Pro Shop, Driving Range, and Putting Green. The Golf and Country Club allows golfers to relax, knowing they have everything needed for an unmatched golf experience. The championship golf course designed by Michael Dasher accommodates all levels of enthusiasm from adult & child instruction to tournaments.

Guest Access:
Please note the home is located at the Providence Golf Resort.

- Each guest has the option to pay a weekly fee of $40 or a daily fee of $10 (renters will be given a color wristband for weekly rental) for use of the clubhouse communal pool and gym. This fee will only apply if the guests decide to use HOA community pool & gym and there is no cost to use other amenities such as tennis court & playground. Any kids under the age of 16 will be exempted from this fee and they must be accompanied by an adult.

Providence Golf Resort is located only 15 minutes from world-class theme parks such as Disney World. We are 30 minutes from Orlando, 45 minutes from Tampa, and only 20 minutes from Kissimmee, Florida. Please note that our policy permits a maximum of two pets with a weight limit of 75 lbs each. The pet fee is $129/animal.
