This property features a beautiful indoor pool and expansive balconies on all 3 levels of the home.

Alpine Splash features 5 private bedrooms, 4 with King size beds and every bedroom has en-suite bathroom access. Groups of up to 20 guests can spread out in this luxurious brand new cabin. The cabin features a private indoor pool, game room with arcades and board games, private indoor theater with 85" TV and Sonos audio system, a fully appointed kitchen for all of your cooking needs, a private hot tub with mountain views and a private fire table with seating near the hot tub.

🐕 This property is not pet friendly. Service dogs are accepted with proper documentation and must not be left attended. Guests violating this policy may be asked to leave without refund.

👷‍♂️ Please note that this is a brand new community that is still under construction. There may be some construction noise in this community during your visit. The community amenity park is expecting to be complete by the end of 2024.

🚔 Military, Veteran, Police & Firefighter Discount 🎖️
We are proud to offer all Current Military, Veterans, Police & Firefighters a 5% discount. In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check in.

The Smith Creek Reserve is under construction currently. There may be some construction noise and vehicles during your visit that is out of our control. These homes are very insulated so the noise of construction is limited inside of the homes. Refunds are not available and prices are currently discounted due to the construction.

Guest Access:

🚗 This property is located just 1 mile from The Parkway in Pigeon Forge. It's within the brand new Smith Creek Reserve community.

Getting Around:
🗺️ This community is brand new and the address does not yet show in GPS. Follow the directions that we send to you.

Other Things to Note:
The community amenity park is expecting to be complete early 2025. This is not a guarantee on their timeline, it is an estimate on the completion date only. The community park will have a lazy river, outdoor theater, outdoor pool, outdoor fire pits, life-size billiards, kids splash pad and more.

✅Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with. You will likely need to bring or buy additional trash bags and toilet tissue beyond what is provided in the starter pack.
