The open-concept living area features a Roku TV and ample seating.
The well-equipped kitchen and dining area offer everything from major appliances to a Duo coffee maker with Keurig Pods. Bedrooms feature queen-size beds, and bathrooms provide ample storage and toiletries. The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, and beach essentials.
Step into the screened lanai for relaxed reading or evening cocktails, and explore the backyard with a dining area, hammocks, and a fire pit. Front porch seating is perfect for morning coffee. Bike through the charming neighborhood or head 2 miles to downtown.

This home is located just off McGregor Blvd, on a canal leading directly to the Caloosahatchee River. The vibrant Fort Myers Historic District is just 3 miles away - a beautiful drive, bike ride or even walk down the Royal Palm lined McGregor Blvd. The local streets are perfect to explore on foot or bike, filled with beautiful old trees and interesting houses.
A favorite with locals and tourists alike, McGregor Cafe is at the end of the road and is definitely worth a visit for breakfast or lunch. Get there early to avoid the lines.
It's also very close to the commercial areas of Fort Myers and 20 minutes from Fort Myers Beach (although this very much depends on the traffic and the time of year!). Sanibel Island is a 25 minute drive, and the beaches of Bonita springs and Naples are 45 mins to an hour away.
If you are looking for a peaceful spot, close to everything, then you've found it!
This is the perfect neighborhood to explore by bike, or on foot. You will ideally need a vehicle to get further afield, however, Uber and Lyft offer good services in the area.

Upon arrival: Our goal is that you have an excellent stay and we strive to provide the house in top condition for you. Please notify the property manager within 2 hours of arrival if anything appears damaged, needs repair, or cleaning. We will assume that everything is in good condition if we do not hear from you.
We understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable. C. Good Neighbor Policy. Because the Property is a privately owned home, all Occupants must comply with this good neighbor policy:
- Please treat the Property with the same care you would use with your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived.
- To prevent theft of or damage to furnishings or your personal property, you agree to close and lock doors and windows when you are not present at the Property and upon check-out.
- You and other Occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints to Key Real Estate Advisors from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations. - Noise audible outside the Property is prohibited between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. - You and other Occupants agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations.
D. No Smoking. No smoking or vaping is permitted at the Property (including porches, decks or outdoor areas) at any time.
E. No Permanent Residence. You agree that your use of the Property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that you may not use the Property as a permanent residence;
