Let’s start with the positives:
· The front desk and maintenance staff were polite
· The bed was very comfortable
· Plenty of towels were provided, which is often an issue
Basic fails:
· The air conditioner didn’t work
· The fridge didn’t work, no biggie, but the replacement one didn’t either, which was important for dietary restrictions
· Cream colored curtains had literally been stitched multiple times with black thread and were still shredding
· The floor was ridiculously dirty and likely hadn’t been mopped in months (pic attached)
· There’s no coffee maker in the room, so the lobby is your only option
· The “free breakfast, the people in the restaurant ‘bill you for’, which can be removed at the front desk
· We were asked twice by cleaning staff when we were leaving despite having the do not disturb on the door for conference calls, for a noon checkout. Once at 10am and once at 11:45am.
There are lots of hotel options in this area and I expect much more from a Hilton. Slightly outdated is one thing, the rest made it very easily a place I will not return to.
We had a minor accident that required ice and towel for some minor bleeding, then wiping the floor. Attached is the dirt from 2 steps in the door in that wipe up…that is gross, and I have 2 dogs and 3 kids.

I had a party of 9 people with separate rooms and the customer service that I saw other people receiving didn't get transferred to any of us. Not one employee greeted us with a hello and welcome to the Hilton Atlanta hotel etc. We weren't given the information on what your hotel offered for example, the gym, the type of food served, breakfast, the pool location etc. This hotel is a very nice hotel but the staff really needs customer service training.

Many of us were visiting from various states and cities. It took my family and others hours to try to find other accommodations at the last minute.

It is like a 2 stars hilton or a 3.5 stara normal hotel, good enough to go and sleep, staff are a little rude but nothing worst than Memphis.
We had a big inconvenience, a male open our room at 10 am, my wife was semi naked and my 2 years old was still naked, it was frustating, scaring and made us feel super insecure, we were going to extend our stay for 2 more nights, we just decided to stay somewhere else were we feel secure, it is a shame that a big chain as Hilton just became motel 6

Staff very friendly. Our reftig was on defrost mode & the maintenance gentleman arrived in less than 15 mins & all was well.
Wish you guys had a free continental breakfast. A hot tub or heated pool would be a nice addition. But we enjoyed our stay!

THIS PROPERTY IS THE WORST HOTEL YOU CAN STAY IN . THE ROOM WAS EXTREMELY HOT , THE REFRIGERATOR DIDNT WORK . THE WATER IN THE TUB AND THE SINK DRIANED VERY SLOW ! THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE AND HAD ATTITUDES ! IF YOU KNOW WHATS BEST FOR YOU THEN YOU WOULD DEFINITELY THINK TWICE BEFORE SPENDING YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE . I HOPE THIS HELPS !!! 🙂
