The view of the hotel from the street isn’t particularly inspiring, however inside it it’s very beautiful with stylish furnishings and cool comfortable courtyards. My room itself was much bigger than I expected with a huge bathroom and a porch way which contained the wardrobe. Given that the hotel appeared to be almost empty I was surprised to have been given a room which was a little noisy, being beside the lift and stairs. However as I was only here for a couple of days and taking into account the price I had paid I was happy to accept the room I had been allocated.

Initially allocated a very dark room with bars and trellis across window. Reception staff helpful in moving us to a much brighter and nicer room after the first night.
Shortage of staff at breakfast meant nowhere to sit as tables were not cleared.
Nice pool area but disappointingly closed to guests during the day on a Saturday for a wedding.

Have stayed there several times before but had much better rooms previously. We were in room 210 this time and could clearly hear noise of running water every time bathroom in room above was used.

With it's entrance in a small side street this is a surprisingly big hotel. Easy parking in the underground carpark.
15 minutes easy walk to the Mesquita etc.
Our room was at the back and was lovely and quiet even with the window open (you can open the window, which is nice).
Nice pool..very welcome after a hot day sightseeing!

This hotel os a group tour hotel meaning there are a lot of people staying as a group. As a solo traveler, it's not as appealing and not as quaint as i would like. I paid for breakfast, but it was not necessarily an impressive breakfast and as i meantioned, I nundated with group travelers. The service was not the friendliest or most knowledgeable as i have experienced throughout my trip.
On the plus side, the room was clean. I found the bedding to be a bit sparse and was grateful for the extra blanket.

First room we got on the ground floor which had a bad sewage smell and we asked for a room change and was told the hotel was full. We spent the night enduring the smell. The next morning we were given a room on the upper floor which was better / average. The hotel itself is very conveniently located and that is the only plus point.

Hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel and it was definitely not a 4 star, but much more like a 3 star hotel. Advertised as having air conditioning, but even though it was 27C outside the A/C was not turned on. No tissue in the room, amazingly no coffee or tea and breakfast was just so-so. Definitely not what is expected for a 4 star hotel. I would not stay here again.

The staff at reception and also the cleaners we’re
very helpful and kind. The location is perfect for walking to all the monuments . The bar was a quiet welcome place to go after a day of touring. I would stay here again. Also the hotel has its own parking garage on the premises for 21 euros a day. Very convenient !!

Awesome property. Only drwaback is that our room was tiny and the bed was a true double. Didnt spend much time in the room since the lacation was terrific for walking to all major attractions and the staff was superb!

Plus points. Very clean hotel, very nice friendly staff. Small but attractive pool area. Negative points, very busy at breakfast time, items run out, have had better choice and quality at other hotels. Gym extremely poor, not really a gym. Area immediately outside hotel is quite run down. Not really 4 stars, needs updating. We would probably stay in another hotel if we returned to Cordoba.
