Horrible stay.
Room needed some repairs & cleaning. Cobwebs on ceiling, stains, broken items.
There was a small hole in the ceiling tile above the bath/shower. Hoping it wasn’t a camera.
Extremely noisy guests near me & door slamming from 1am-4am. Front desk not answering mainline. Called from room phone & busy signal.
Contacted Hotels.com & they somehow managed to contact front desk. Front desk then called me on phone, which was bad as I’m sure the neighboring guests heard me. Front desk asked me if I wanted to move to a different room! This place is a joke. Of course not what I was going to do at 3:30am so asked if they could talk to the other guests instead. They said they would. 30 mins later, at 4am still noise. & somehow managed to fall asleep.
I travel & stay in hotels about once a month. This was the worst experience.

Not a place to stay for night shift worker's.Get off work 7am and they wake you up at 9:30 am Monday , Wednesday and Friday so they can clean. I think they just nosey because nothing was cleaned same old hair ball was on the floor when we got there for 2 weeks. The Manager showed up on the 3rd week of are staying and was most ignorant and unprofessional person I've ever witnessed in all my years working over the road. Everyone else was nice but when she showed up that changed they were afraid of their job as I see it. We left stayed are remaining 3 weeks at another Hotel

While the hotel is ok (although you'll need to be fine with cold-ish showers), there are concerns with the hotel policies and customer service. First, the business credit card we were using to check into our four rooms continuously got declined with a "card read error." While we understand that isn't the fault of the employee behind the check-in desk, their policy for how to proceed was terrible. They refused to take my business credit card number over the phone to pay for the rooms *and* they refused to charge the card on file that we used to book the rooms on hotels.com. Instead, they required that I (who was not physically present) complete a form with all of my sensitive credit card information; take pictures of my ID, the front of my personal CC and the back of my CC; and then email all of this to a random gmail account. (I had to pay with my personal cc; it's against our business policy to send cc info so recklessly). I will now have to cancel this cc and get a new one due to the incredibly unsafe policy. Second, the person who *was* in attendance at this event has a service dog. While at breakfast on the second day of the stay, he was challenged over his service dog (who is specially trained, incredibly well behaved, and provides a necessary medical service) by an employee.

When we were checking in on Friday evening there were seven parties trying to check in with only one employee. It took a LONG time. The hotel room smelled like mildew/mold. The bad creaked just sitting on it. It felt like more a sofa bed than a king size bed on a frame. There was a cockroach crawling up the wall when we woke up in the morning. We will not stay here again. I do have pictures and videos of it crawling up the wall.

I liked the price. A few updates in the shower tub are. The food was good the area was good. The service wa up to par. I see nothing wrong. Create a lounge area outside and you’ll be fine.

It's been a long time since I stayed at a Quality Inn and I was disappointed in the price and the "security deposit." While the front desk staff was friendly, the security deposit cheapens the experience and made me feel untrusted, as if I was staying at an hourly motel. There was also some kind of insect that scurried under my air conditioner unit. I probably won't be staying at a Quality Inn again in the near future.

Room wasn’t prepared. Dirty. Lamps not plugged in. Entire hotel smelled and strange people hanging inside and outside the building. We had to leave and they gave us a hard time letting us move on to another hotel. Expedia was zero help as well.

It’s an old, musty, run-down hotel. Don’t expect much from this place.
