The hotel is in major need of updating. The carpets are stained and torn, the windows had mold around them and the place is showing its age.

This entire hotel needs to be rehab'd. It is old, smells and needs help. We will never stay here again.

Upon checking in the front desk receptionist ran my card for the incorrect amount my bank did not authorize as per my security features she proceeded to shout that my card decline. . When I informed that it’s wrong amount she's “ said well you better be able to prove it “ I told her will provided reservation but waiting on phone to charge . . She very rudely told me I had to move . I was using a charger her colleague provided me so asked if I could take the charger, she then makes the comment that ohh her charger is missing and she will pull the cameras to see if I stole her charger. I asked for the Gm Andy which was smelling of booze at 7 am . He did not compensate for how I was treated, he proceeded to tell me that all he can do is complimentary breakfast. I am a vip member because I have been going to this hotel for 5 years I have free upgrades and free breakfast but he refused . I settled for the breakfast and order eggs and bacon as well as French toast to which the manager Andy calls my very unprofessional tells me that i can only order one thing . On the 18th I informed the front desk I will be extending my stay to 20th and to guarantee the rate I booked w I was told yes . Today when I went front desk to extend and pay was literally strong armed into paying almost double. This is the worse experience and if it’s not corrected w a refund I will be sharing my experience with hotel’s.com and Radisson Feasterville Trevose

DO NOT STAY HERE! Incredibly dirty hotel with very shady guests. Yelling at night in my hallway, stains everywhere, garbage everywhere. I don’t think its hallways or reception areas are vacuumed at all. It’s just not worth it!
