I love that they have started updating the rooms , we had no issues but now there is no carpet and we had our dogs with us, I just need to remember to cut their nails before going. No food on property right now due to kitchen updates

It was a bit tricky navigating exactly where our room was because it was in three buildings. An employee happened to be outside and directed us. She did give a map, just wasn't prepared for it not be all one place. We did ask for a king but got a queen. For the price it was a nice place to stay. Breakfast could have been a bit more. We left before it started but she told me what the menu was.

The ONLY REASON, I rate my stay as a 4, is, this Days Inn has a restaurant attached and the breakfast included is usually “a real breakfast”!! Not the usual muffins, yogurt, fruit, high carbs stuff! The restaurant is closed for repairs, that a little birdie told me they were complete just not reopened yet… so that was a bummer!! Was disappointing!!
Also, I’ve eaten at this restaurant several time! Food is GREAT!!

Overall it was bad. If I would have waited to pay on arrival I would have gone somewhere else. They tried to make a silk purse out of a sowe’s ear. Out side our room door was a collection of pigeon crap and feathers.

The motel was average. The staff, except for one person, was adequate. The one person was rude and unhelpful. If you were on fire she would probably roast marshmallows but definitely would not share them. I wouldn't normally judge a whole organization by one employee but if Management doesn't see the problem that is a big problem.

Many disappointments here. First, we arrived and used the restroom after a long day on the road, only to find there was no soap of any sort in the room. In fairness, the front desk clerk brought soap and shampoo to the room when we brought it to her attention. The room had a very distinctive smoking odor. We then discovered that the hair dryer was broken. It worked for about 10 seconds then quit. We tried multiple times. The third issue was that the wall air conditioner was terribly dirty. It was blowing out dirty, dusty air, so we ended up just turning it off. All of these issues seem to point to a lack of attention to cleaning and maintenance detail. I mentioned the issues to the desk clerk when we left. On the bright side, the beds and pilloelws were comfortable. But we will unfortunately not be returning.

The location is great. The room smelled old, otherwise the staff was friendly and the bar above the lobby was great. It does say breakfast included but it's nothing fancy

This hotel was average and I would not stay here again. The handle didn’t close properly so I didn’t feel safe. They have a crate policy for your pets when you’re not in the room and charge $25 per pet. It would be nice to give you your deposit back if your pet doesn’t cause any issues. This was the only pet friendly hotel I stayed in my whole trip that charged me this amount so I will be taking my business elsewhere. I understand where they’re coming from, but other hotels like the Best Western who are also pet friendly make it easier on the owners to have their pets. Breakfast was very average. They give you a bag at the check-out counter that has a juice, muffin, fruit and yogurt. Again, for the price of the stay, I can find a better breakfast elsewhere. Service upon check-in was not too friendly or welcoming, but in the am they were friendly. Also, the guy upstairs in the cocktail lounge let me refill my water bottle even though they were closed. I appreciate that from him, he was polite and respectful. He was the best part of the stay, to be honest.
The bed was comfortable, but there were people outside or something that was causing my girl to bark, which she never did at the three previous hotels in which I stayed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The first room we were assigned had a strong cigarette smell and the carpet looked dirty. When I called the front desk they were very apologetic and gave us a different room.
There was no soap so we stopped by the desk and they again were apologetic and quick to help.
It was obvious the room had been remodeled recently, and overall it was fine, but there were little details that stood out (dirt/wear pattern on carpet, torn lamp shade, tv/cable spotty).

Room was fairly comfortable but noisy air conditioner kept us up on and off throughout the night. Outside buildings and rooms were a bit run down and dated. Hotel was right off the main road in Show Low. Staff were friendly but items were scarce such as the need for additional towels, shampoos, etc... Very little seemed to be available. Coffee was available at the office only during AM hours. Advertised breakfast was 1 yogurt, 1 fruit, 1 drink box and 1 muffin in a baggie. We stayed at this hotel mainly due to limited availability, not because we wanted too.

Good price and met our needs. We chose Days Inn over the other available hotel because it offered breakfast. For 4 people traveling having breakfast included is important. This location has not had a kitchen since November of 2023. The breakfast they offer is a muffin, fruit, yogurt and juice. You go to the font desk tell them your choice and leave with a grocery bag. The pictures on Hotels.com shows a hot breakfast. Very disappointed. The porcelain on the tub and sink was peeling and the shower/tub had mold. The beds were very comfortable and staff was friendly. Photos online should be updated about the kitchen and breakfast options.

The front desk lady was as accommodating as she could be while obviously dealing with being understaffed, and we really appreciated her coming to try and fix our TV and give us extra towels, however, this place feels as if it has majorly gone downhill over the last year.
We requested a specific room upon booking, which was about three months in advance. On the day of check in, we called to make sure we still would get that specific room and were assured we would. Of course, when we checked in, they said the room was not available. Oh well, big deal, who cares, let it slide, but…
Many construction companies utilize this hotel while in town, so expect a lot of guys and their work trucks filling up the parking lot. When we were there some of them were at the grassy area adjacent to the pool, drinking heavily, and grilling. All good, but they left their used utensils on picnic tables along with their chunks and pieces of their food. (Which I know the hotel can’t control, but that’s what you may encounter there). We had three people to our group, but only were given two towels and one little bar of soap. No body wash bottles, or anything to that effect. The TV didn’t work and we had to wait several hours for that to finally be resolved. (The front desk lady did the best she could.) It also looked like dog poop or gum was baked into the carpet in our room. The Show Low Cafe is closed now, so the included breakfast was a muffin, banana, yogurt, and a kid’s juice box.
Avoid.

No continental breakfast as advertised. No way to request a handicapped room on the web site. No hand holds in the bathroom for the tub. Okay for the price but will search for another hotel for next time.

Was not a fan of this hotel. The room had a smell to it that wasn't good, the carpet had a spot that was sticky, two used toilet paper rolls, only 1 towel, no wash clothes, open and used body wash/shampoo (not the end of the world), and the bathroom itself smelled like mold.

This property could not be more unappealing. The buildings are unkept, hallways are dirty and smell. Lobby is tired and entire place is run down. Parking lots have holes and cafe looks like it has been closed a long time. I would not stay at another Days Inn.
