It was clean and comfortable. Much better than other, more expensive hotels. I would definitely return and recommend to others.

We liked the place very much - however, the pictures were deceiving. It appeared we would have a cabin (which they did have on site) but we had a second floor hotel room. No elevator so we had to take stairs and I have to use a cane, making climbing stairs difficult.

The motel room's carpet had significant stains in it and looked filthy. Because there was no elevator for second floor clients, it was a struggle to get heavy suitcases up those stairs. We wanted to have dinner in your restaurant, but when we arrived, we had to wait 8-10 minutes just to be acknowledged (as lines of other customers gathered behind us). We were told that they couldn't accommodate us without a reservation unless we sat at bar area. We went in there and there were single seats but not two in a row. The bartender was not interested in acknowledging or accommodating us even though there were tables in the bar area. We left feeling like we were not worth the trouble.

My daughter and I stayed here for one night. It was beautiful, quiet, peaceful. The indoor pool was nice, warm, clean. The breakfast was fine. I wish I had stayed more than one night.

Great place to stay only complaint would be the breakfast options. With a restaurant on the property you would think you could get a better breakfast.

Just a horrible value overall. It was a mistake to choose this place last minute.

Nice room with a comfortable bed in block separate to lobby area. Rather pricey for a standard hotel room, but less than Jackson up the road. Breakfast rather limited in options. We arrived late at 10pm and are grateful to staff who waited for us. If you are staying in Alpine and visiting Grand Teton you need to factor in the extra drive time (about 40 minutes from Grand Teton)

We stayed at the Flying Saddle for one night on our way to Grand Teton and Yellowstone NP. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast that was provided was a nice start to our day. The only negative for our stay was the fact that the resort’s restaurant was not open for dinner the day we arrived and there were not many options for dinner in the area.

Greeted nicely by women at check in, not a single other staff member spoke to us otherwise. Very odd

Property was clean and quiet. We stayed on second floor and there was no elevator which was an inconvenience considering we had a decent amount of luggage and had to carry it up a flight of stairs.

Staff at front desk were lovely. Room was clean, but furnishings are outdated. Bed was not comfortable. Parking was a breeze and close to the room access. Complimentary breakfast was average and the coffee was local and pretty yummy. For the area, it’s a really cute property.
