good service , clean room and good breakfast . Refrigerator in my room was making buzzing sound but I did not need it so I turned thermostat down to shut it off , watched some TV and fell asleep

I booked a queen room, 291 sqf, because the photos showed it was bigger than a king room,248 sqf. And it showed comfy looking chairs to sit in and relax. I was there for 2 nights. After night one i asked for a upgrade/roomier room. I was told no because i booked it online. I dealt with it. Bath towels were a joke, they have better at truck stop showers. Next time i am in Sioux Falls for a weekend, i will definitely find a better place to stay or just sleep in my semi!

The beds were hard, but not cheap hard. The room was okay; nothing too special. It seemed the fridge was on steroids and froze everything we had, even when we set it to low. The parking lot was a mess, and items were falling off the walls. There was also a weird sewer smell coming from the bathroom. For some reason too the hotel key cards kept deactivating, we stayed for four nights, and every time we came back to the hotel we had to go to the front desk to get them to reactivate our cards even after telling them we were not checking out until Sunday. Also, although the website states this is pet-friendly, there were no pet waste stations. One more thing, Well, not the hotel itself, but there was a large swinger party with music blaring and people coming in and out. I do think multiple people complained. I felt bad because this upset my dog and made him bark.

My stay was excellent. The room was decorative and inviting. It had all the amenities I needed plus amenities I didn't initially know I needed; therefore, I did not have to ask the front desk a single thing, except when the free breakfast was. Speaking of free breakfast, it was awesome; they had fruit, bagels, bread, cheese omelettes, and sausage links. All in all, I was very pleased with my stay at Days Inn at Sioux Falls and I would very gladly stay there again.

It was horrible . The first room 110 had spiders and black tiny bugs in the bed . She moved us to 111 it smelled clean and no bugs but than the tv didn’t work . So we just didn’t watch tv . We couldn’t keep moving rooms because we had two dogs crates and other stuff with us . The customer service was great but no enough for us to enjoy our stay .

I didn’t even end up staying the night. Drove into the parking lot and homeless people were laying in the cement sleeping. All of the windows were open. Building looked horrible. Just a really dirty, unsafe looking place. Choose somewhere else.

I wasnt expecting anything fancy, just wanted it to be clean and feel safe. It met both those requirements. Its been a while since i stayed somewhere without an elevator, so if you cant do stairs you'll have to make sure you get something on the first floor.

Called prior to arrival and front desk informed me I didn’t have a reservation for all 3 of my rooms. After 20 minutes they finally found it. Check in was quick and not that friendly. Room cleanliness was ok and they definitely need an update.

There were stains on my bed skirt. Old donut behind the TV. One pane window with no storm window which made it noisy. Unpainted OSB board that the curtains were attached to. Refrigerator in the room was frosted up and would not cool. Breakfast was awful.

We got in late and by 7am on a Sunday morning all we could hear were the people working on the property talking loudly and going back and forth down the hall. Hopefully they had not gotten to renovations in our room yet as it had a musty odor worn carpet and definitely could use an update.
