It’s an old hotel with old furnishings and mediocre beds and a substantial continental breakfast that doesn’t have any gluten-free products. The ceilings are in great need of repair. But the staff was friendly and the location is good.

There are no valid complaints. The customer service was polite and efficient. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. Being an older hotel, it didn’t have many amenities, but we didn’t need anything extra. The location great and the free parking was plentiful. The continental breakfast was mediocre, but not a dealbreaker. I’d definitely stay again.

Definitely an older hotel. Homeless is prominent around property & obviously a place where people “live in”. There were other guests at the desk when I checked in complaining about finding drugs in their room & about their heater. The attendant promptly followed them to their room & asked if I minded waiting so he could address their issues. (I waited & appreciated his need to assist them) We were just there for 1 night. It was a convenient location to get to the train station to meet up with family the next morning & it served its purpose.

IN THE PAST I HAVE STAYED AT THIS PROPERTY MANY TIMES AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. I STAY HERE WHEN I AM IN TOWN FOR BUSINESS. EVERYONE IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

Hotel needs updates - the room was horrible - no fitted sheet on the bed - tacks were coming out of the carpet- the wall was peeling. Patricia was nice enough to move me to a better room, but they should update the one I was in before putting someone else in there. Ratings for this hotel are better than what I experienced.

That staff was very friendly and helpful, but the building is old and in need of repair; broken elevators, broken drinking fountain, the door to one of our rooms kept jamming and had to be forced open. Do NOT believe the pictures on the website, there is no outdoor garden or view. The “Terrace” is a slab of concrete running between the parking lot and the back door. BUT it was affordable!

My stay at this hotel is always great, im always looking for great deals but overall the helpfulness of the staff and manager A+. They really go out of there way to make your stay as wonderful as possible. By far the most helpful people i have ever meant.

After 830 pm people would complain about noise. Workers and maids live on premises. Workers felt like they were privileged there, being drunk trying to intimidate guest... horrible place to stay i would not recommend it

Our room was clean and comfortable [with plenty of towels!]. It is within safe walking distance of downtown, including the Bedford St. strip with its many eateries. Convenient parking. Adequate continental breakfast.

Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. Only 2 drawbacks: 1. AC didn’t work properly the first night, had to turn it up to max level ti keep the room nice and comfortable for the next night. 2. The breakfast wasn’t anything spectacular. Very small space considering the amount of people in that room, and limited selection.

This is an old hotel, but well maintained. Feel free to disregard the negative reviews. Both elevators worked fine, no bed bugs, house keeping was excellent, continental breakfast was fine (muffins, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee - you get the idea) and staff was incredibly friendly. Great parking, great location, incredibly affordable. No sketchy activity either. The only thing bad about this place is the Taco Bell next door, which I would say it might be best to avoid eating at. There is a walgreens and gas station/mini mart across the street as well.

The employees are nice & helpful, the room was big with a sitting area & kitchenette. The parking lots had ample free parking, with good lighting. The only thing lacking is that the tub floor is slippery, so should have some type of matting to prevent falls.

Sure, the decor was a bit outdated, but my room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was super convenient for a show I was going to nearby, and I had a pleasant experience! Would definitely stay there again if I were in the area.
