We’ve stayed at this hotel for over ten years and return year after year. Fort Bragg is a great place and this hotel is well run and maintained. We’ll be back next year.

Cockroaches at this hotel! Tons of them behind the mini fridge and on the walls near the bed. Cockroaches are nocturnal and we didn't realize our room had any until the next night. Checked out early, as the hotel was fully booked, but wouldn't have trusted even a different room. Overcharged for our stay and infested with bugs. Disgusting!!

Appreciate that there were stand alone cottages however the door handle to our unit was loose. Didn’t realize there appeared to be a small cemetery behind the cottage.

Pictures of the rooms are misleading. Hotel was significantly more expensive than other nearby properties, and there does not appear to be a reason. Ended up accidentally booking a partial ocean view because the picture was the same as the full ocean view. Essentially could not see the ocean at all but technically could if standing at the right angle and straining my neck. Tried to contact for a refund or reduced rate due to the disappointing condition and was unable. Room floor was so dirty my feet were black. Room stated shower tub combo and had shower only so was unable to give my kiddos a bath as I had planned. Disappointing customer support from hotels.com when I tried to complain about the condition. Only positive was comfortable beds and pretty trees on the property.

Very nice cottage, quite roomy and comfortable with lots of adjoining outdoor space. Good plumbing- could run two showers at once with no problem. Nice kitchen with full size fridge. TV in living room and each of three bedrooms. Breakfast was meh… the yard was not terribly well maintained (gophers?)

Natalie was so helpful. Our TV did not work and she came right over and discovered someone had disconnected the HDMI cable. She recommended restaurants that were just what we were looking for. She was friendly, professional and efficient. What a gem!

Comfortable room, nice ocean view. Great staff. The breakfast was the same all 3 days we stayed there. It was good . Seems the facility is being upgraded . The bath had a walk in shower where the tub had been. A plus . The key card didn’t work well with the old door lock. Overall , we enjoyed our stay.

Pretty average accommodations for the area. The rooms/buildings definitely need an update and some deep cleaning. They would benefit from a professional carpet, tile, and grout cleaning. Staff were very courteous and welcoming.
