The positives: It was close to our the points of interest. The bed was incredibly comfortable and slept like a baby. The cons: The property overall was dirty, garbage everywhere outside. Landscaping was in disarray, not existent or unkept. Parking was a little bit of a problem near the suite we were staying in. But the absolute worst part was that the check in process and "front desk" responsibilities have been farmed out to a remote attendant that you had to communicate through a remote accesses kiosk in the foyer of the main building entrance. The check-in process was incredibly drawn out as you had to scan in your ID, the connection was poor so audio kept cutting in and out and the person was overall hard to understand. A far cry from the quick check-ins I am accustomed to when checking into a hotel with a front desk clerk on-site. Also, the foyer is so small that it was uncomfortable when another person came in to use the single kiosk as we were right on top of each other. I had to finish the process while a drunk guest from another suite was impatiently breathing down my neck so he could contact them about the wifi password not working. I realize we were staying at an extended stay facility but I hope that more hotels don't switch over to this type of kiosk because it really removes the "hospitality" part of staying at a hotel.

At this property if you check in after hours you have to go through a operator on a virtual kiosk, my room needed to be redone like the carpet was long over do for new carpet there was a questionable stain on the carpet that might have been blood, the area this hotel was in was cool, fyi if your looking for a cheap hotel for a night pass this one up and go with extended stay or best western
