I always stay here when I go to Brian Head!

Wonderful place to stay, quiet, clean, fireplace, kitchen. Front desk agents are very helpful and caring. They send texts throughout the stay to make sure that everything is going well. We really liked that. Beautiful nature, indoor swimming pool and sauna. Just what we needed.

Our shower curtain smelled a little mildew. Time to swap that out.

When we got there, check in was easy. The pool was closed, so were some other amenities which was not a problem for us. We understand, because the property is being remodeled. Problems we encountered: The rooms were not really clean, the window handles were broken from the people who stayed there before. The place overall is very outdated, but again, hopefully they fix it when they remodel. The over the tub shower was very steep to climb in and the shower from the other bathroom was very small and tight. The king bed was one of the worst beds I ever tried to sleep in, as it was hard as a rock and my husband's back hurt upon waking up. The water faucet in the bedroom shower was dripping all night. We actually booked a king and Queen bed unit, but they supposedly "upgraded" us without telling us. Later on we found out that they gave our room away and were out of that kind of unit. My recommendation: Don't book room 2122 or wait to book this place until their remodel is complete.

This property is very disappointing you think for a Hilton it would be better I understand improving the property but let the guest make and educated decisions prior to booking, they don't tell you before you book that the hot tub and pool are closed. They have no coffee in the lobby, they have no refills to give you for the rooms until house keeping comes in at 8:30. I travel for work and get up early and have been in days inns that had better service and amenities then this place. Brian head in general is the same all business open and close when they want despite what google says or there sign say. hard to find or get food or groceries unless it’s on there time. Brian head in is not a summer friendly town and would benefit greatly if the establishment would change to make it so.

Things feel older and worn here. Closets don’t open well, carpet in stairwells is so dirty and smelly, pool was closed due to maintenance issues, power went out and there was no light in any rooms.

We went this weekend, should have stayed somewhere else!! We weren't told at check in (nor is it anywhere on their site) that all of the amenities (pool, gym, sauna etc are closed for 4 months!! And we still had to pay a resort fee, for what? To stare at the dark locked pool deck??
The rooms are showing their age, the fans all appear as if they may fall from the ceiling at any moment and the hallways stink! Save your pennies and stay elsewhere!

Only stayed for 1 night, so in and out pretty quickly. Staff was super nice. Hotel was pretty quiet likely as it was off season. The main building is under construction through Fall so pool was closed. Other than that, it was a pleasant quick stay. Recommended!

They should update their amenities if the pool and spa are closed. The other thing is they don’t have an A/C and that should be in the description. It was 82 degrees in the room for our daughter’s midday nap. Wouldn’t recommend for kids for now.

This is a beautiful facility nestled in amongst The Pines of the Brian Head Ski Resort in Southern Utah. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was above our expectations! The only thing that was downgrading it a bit is the renovation of the dining room and surrounding areas. It will be great when it is finished. Easy access to the ski resort and all the activities over the 4th of July. We highly recommend this property.
