The staff are super friendly, and they do their best to accommodate everyone and their needs. The rooms are being upgraded on a consistent basis when vacancies allow. So, be aware that there may be some construction work going on during the day. (Saws, drilling, demo, etc…)

I have to wait 36 minutes until someone come to the service desk, the room stinks it has a old couch it was duty and smells bad, the bathroom smells like urine, the bathroom light works for a couple of minutes and turns off by itself

Only reason I gave it an overall three stars was because they did not advertise. The pool was closed and poor excuse for breakfast I picked the hotel because it listed a pool And breakfast Otherwise, it would’ve been a five star

Always a pleasure to stay here. Safe, clean, friendly, and has everything you'll need close by. You get what you pay and won't be disappointed here. Had multiple stays over time this year and never had an issue once. Honestly would give it 10 stars if the scale went that high but 5 is high as it goes so I'll give it a 6. Honestly.

Bathroom ceiling collapsing from black mold. Uncomfortable bed. Food left in fridge from previous guest. Dirty, frayed ironing board cover & luggage rack. Tub surround was cracked & patched with caulk that had molded. Tub drain plugged, gray blobs backed up into tub. Thin "bedspread", no blanket.

Our room was quite dirty: mold on the bathroom ceiling, dirty tub, dusty AC vents, cigarette burns on the bed sheets and pillow cases that were used. When we asked for new bed sheets and pillow cases, the rep seems rude and annoyed. Terrible experience!

Pool was not open as advertised. Ice machine was out of order. We were told to go to McDonald’s next door to get ice. Laundry facilities were not working. 3 toilets in back parking lot. Holes in wall and doors. Air conditioning was not on both times we stayed so had to wait for room to cool down in very hot weather. Only received 2 towels even though they knew 3 were staying per my reservation. Was told we had to bring dirty towels back to front desk before we were given more. Then was only given 1 because we were told the rest were in laundry. Bathroom dirty. Room smelled. Very disappointed in this stay. Had my reservation not been nonrefundable I would not have stayed the 2nd night. Will not be staying at an Econo Lodge again.

Door to room didnt close all the way, furniture was old and stained, outlets were missing covers, holes in walls, and pillows were stained yellow. Went back to lobby and attendant was "away" for 15-20 minutes at start of check in time. Refused to give refund, gave another dirty room, DO NOT STAY HERE

The pool wasn’t operational, the grass was overgrown. The breakfast was atrocious!! Two spoiled bananas, a basket of limes , two pieces of bread , an assortment of sugary cereal. Coffee tasted burnt. Couch in room was very dirty, and old, The fact that it was old was an issue but was terribly worn and dirty - we didn’t use or sit anything on it.

This was the absolute WORST property that i have ever had the displeasure of staying in! It is nothing more than a filthy ghetto motel in which most guests actually LIVE there like a cross between an extended stay and a housing project. Smelly Trash permeating the air, old goodwill reject furnishings, and a fly infested breakfast similar to Holey Moley Donut Shop! Burn holes in sheets, dirty towels, filthy showers and disgusting microwave, this property is unkempt and the photos displayed online are NOT accurate! One young man at the front desk at night was cordial yet EVERY OTHER STAFF from front desk and especially housekeeping was rude, racist, and highly condescending with total disregard of wheelchair users. They refused to clean the room, dispose of trash (room and property),change sheets nor provide clean towels for 4 days! Yet lied and marked that it was done. I attempted to reason with management to no avail only to be yelled at and insulted. I requested a 1 hour late checkout. They offered 4pm which i declined as i only needed less than 1 hour only to be met with house keeping at the door demanding $50 telling me i have packages from Walmart that u need to come to the front to get now or they will their in the garbage. Mind you that i do not shop there. Overall folks avoid this property at all costs, you will be more comfortable at a homeless rescue mission.
