Overall is good and clean although the bathroom is a bit aged and the mattress is too soft. I am not complaining for this deal.

The room was not clean, the carpets were filthy with food crumbs and dust.
Bed sheets had holes in it, tap in bathroom was leaking, door handle was sticky, bathroom mirror wasn’t clean.
Buffet breakfast was great.
I would not recommend to stay here.

Have stayed here many times over the years and it is starting to feel dated, particularly the bathrooms. The shower over the bathtub is not ideal.

Comfortable bed, easy parking. Bathroom could do with a makeover.
Service to rooms was slow- out all morning and had to ask for room to be serviced- despite notice on door. A decent size mug for tea/ coffee would be a bonus.

The Sunday breakfast was diabolical , our coffee order was lost in a "glitch" , we never received our omlette , the soft poached eggs were hard . Yes it was busy , but why offer services if you cant do them ? . Is it to keep your star ratings ?.

Located next to the Convention Centre is its biggest plus. The hotel design is from a bygone era, the hotel bar and restaurant are just depressing. But it is clean and safe.

Staff is the best there ! Very professional , accommodating, kind and lovely!! Would do anything for you.
Been there many times! Restaurant is great. Parking should be free for guest or a reduced fee (it’s actually $30 a night which is too expensive when you stay a few nights )or should less like $15 for guests staying there.
Location is perfect ! Walking distance (200m) to major shopping mall inc. Myer & David jones, Zara, H&M as well as many, many, shops/top boutiques with lots on of lovely cafes . Highly recommend Crowne Plaza Canberra for a stay - I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Affordable elegance, luxury and style in the heart of the city. Love love love this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is absolutely delicious. Right in the city centre where you can literally walk 3mins from your hotel to discover an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options.

We stayed for 4 nights in the winter school holidays.
The hotel is large and has big common areas with tables and seating.
The room had 2 double beds (not queen) which were comfortable, a desk and a chair, and a single seat. Not big, but fine with two small children.
The stay included buffet breakfast for 2, and kids under 5 were free. An extra $12 a day for a 7yo. The breakfast was the highlight of the hotel for the kids. Plenty of food to choose from.
The location is excellent, with so many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Very friendly staff. Plentiful breakfast. Block out blinds were 👌. Walking distance to restaurants. Hotel a bit outdated but did not affect our stay. Kids very entertained by the rotating doors at the lobby.

I like the property and it's design, first stayed there way back in the 80's or before. Our room was a good size, beds were comfortable. Both dinner & b/fast were great but the old building needs a refresh in some areas. The hotel location is good but Reid it self when I walk around was looking tacky. Not a good look for visitors to the Nations Capital. What's with all the abandoned e-scooters !
