All the staff are friendly and go beyond what is expected! We keep coming back because we know the employees love their jobs. Some have been there 20 years and have watched our children grow up. We highly recommend this family oriented place. 😎💗😎

Overall, the stay was great.
However, we had a very disappointing experience with booking an excursion through the hotel. We had planned a snorkel trip over three reefs but after arriving to the marina and waiting for almost two hours the boat never showed up. We were told to go back to the resort and had to demonstrate that we were in the correct place (which we absolutely were) to get a refund. We had met the owners of the tour company at the marina and they told us to wait where we were for the boat but it never showed.
We lost the day we had planned and the lost opportunity costs with a thoughtfully planned vacation with family were not replaced. Especially because vacation days are not always easy to come by, this was particularly frustrating and disappointing.

The hotel it’s perfect for family with kids. The pool it’s ok, not too big not too small. The amenities are a little bit old, but overall it’s was great hotel for our vacation.
The food it’s amazing and the staff it’s going above and beyond to make you feel like a VIP.
Looking forward to see the hotel after all updates that will start in August

It’s our third visit to Cozumel palace and it remains a great place . The staff is the best part, Javier and Giovanni in the lobby bar made every night fun. I understand the property is planning a renovation soon. We looked at one of the new rooms and it looks amazing.

Unlimited ocean experience for free like paddle board, snorkel, and canoe. I love that there were professional photographer on-site for ocean experience and on land. The fee for the professional photographer in the ocean session was very affordable for all the digital photos. The land photos were very pricey.
The service was exceptional. The food in the different restaurants onsite were great except the Italian restaurant was ok.
The hotel was a little outdated but still clean. The was no sandy beach access just the ocean for the free activities above. Over all, it was a fantastic experience!!!!

The staff is amazing. The restaurants were all great. We did not have a sing bad meal and really en it needing to make reservations for any of the restaurants. Ivan at Bouganvilia’s restaurant was awesome and the staff there were so very pleasant. Raul and the bartenders at the pool were also great. Overall, my family and I go to Cozumel several times a year and were pleasantly surprised by how much we loved the resort. The only thing missing is a sandy beach, but everything else made up for that. We’ll be back for sure.

I was not even allowed to check in. I arrived around 10 AM with my 2 girls. I was not given any accomodation. Occidental, who they referred us to, would not allow us on the property to make the reservation in person. Melia happily took us in. We had a beutiful day at one of their two pools and private beaches. Both those companies

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Cozumel Palace Resort, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the exceptional service and luxurious amenities stood out.
**Location & Ambiance:**
Nestled on the stunning island of Cozumel, this resort offers breathtaking ocean views and a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The proximity to the island’s vibrant coral reefs makes it an ideal spot for snorkeling and diving enthusiasts.
**Rooms:**
Our suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The room featured a private balcony with a hammock, offering spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. The in-room Jacuzzi was a delightful bonus, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.
**Dining:**
The dining options at Cozumel Palace are diverse and delicious. From the sumptuous buffet at the main restaurant to the fine dining experiences at the specialty restaurants, every meal was a culinary delight. The variety of cuisines, from traditional Mexican to international flavors, ensured there was something for everyone. The staff was attentive and accommodating to dietary needs.
**Activities & Amenities:**
The resort offers a plethora of activities, both on-site and off-site. We enjoyed the daily entertainment programs, including live music and themed nights. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was a favorite spot, and the swim-up bar was a fantastic touch. For those seeking adventure,

I did not get what I pay for. I pay for a room with two beds and ocean view and I got only one bed room on first floor without ocean view.

The property staff were friendly, attentive, and willing to help you at any point. No matter how many times you went to the bar, or eat at the same restaurant, the caliber of service was excellent. The hotel itself was older, water leaking consistently, and really past the initial phase of greetings, not much to do. You can eat and sleep which is pretty standard. They have shows in the evening, and somewhat of motivational MCs in the pool, that are "OK" for an all inclusive, but definitely not something I'd pay for again. There were some group games in the lobby like bingo or card games which were OK again, but nothing Earth shattering. The gift shop was quite small, and no other forms of real entertainment. There is no beach area, but you can swim off shore. Overall, the experience was good from a service perspective but could use a lot of work from an entertainment perspective.

The service is the star of the show. We loved the rooms - every one with a great ocean view and the loft rooms are ideal for staying with kids. Food was great as well as the entertainment. But the service was what really sets the place apart. It’s excellent and friendly. I’d gladly stay here again.
