The only thing nice about this place was the pool. The little girl at the desk wouldnt even hardly look at us. The vending machine wouldnt work. She just said , she couldnt do nothin aboit it. She was poking on hers phone. Ill never go back there . Their ads. Are very deceiving .

It was very nasty. The room stunk really bad. The lady at the front desk couldn’t give us another room couldn’t give us our money back and wound up changing the sheets like four times before she could find some clean ones. We have pets and I'm glad they let them stay there . We did not take r pets this time. There was dog urine everywhere in front of are door from a 150!pound dog that was next door. 2nd night there I got a tick off of me from the bed and got very sick. We left a day early because of the smell and the air conditioner would not cool. On top of that r room never got serviced and waited for over a hour for new towels. The pool are was the only thing nice and clean at this motel.

The only issues i had was the tub was clogged a little and the remote to the tv didnt work. The tv would not go loud enough for us to hear it at all.

I had general expectations for a Red Roof Inn but I was let down for what I walked into the room and saw. To begin, the office was close. I had to go to the Motel 6 to check in. That front desk clerk was very pleasant and efficient. I appreciated her. The room was filthy. There were stains on the walls and on the door. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. There was one small towel and not two. I went to plug in the dresser and there was a hair ball clouding around the the plug--disgusting. The room can absolutely be cleaner. The ice machine was nasty was well; slimy mold/mildew on it. The office attendant that came to the room at 11:06am to remind me that I was supposed to be out of the room already could have extended some grace. I had no intentions on staying another hour later let alone another night. Overall, I was very disappointed in this stay.

Whether was good, Staff was Great , only bad thing was we booked 5 days , decided to add one more day & Red Roof charged $200 . The other 5 days was $ 130 a night.

The door to the first room was coming off the hinges, bathroom door didn’t shut, and flushing the toilet took some work. The second room, the lid to the toilet wouldn’t stay up, the bathroom door looked like someone punched it, and if you were sitting down, you had to lean forward, the A/C unit was extremely noisy, and the ceiling had stains all over it. The mattresses in both rooms on both beds felt very springy. When I asked for my receipt, the lady told me she couldn’t give me one because I didn’t book thru Red Roof. Only 2 towels and 2 wash clothes were provided in double bed rooms.

Um, welll to be honest. The floors were really dirty. We saw reviews about the floors and was cautious enough to bring house shoes and they were needed. Front desk was very friendly. We did go out first day and half without tv but they did come and fix it. We ran out of tissue. Didn’t get any replaced, but it was the last day of us being there so it was okay. Nice pool. Stay again? Probably not. But it was overall okay! Kid friendly & I love that. If they would scrub the floors it could possibly be 6/10.
