There was a technical issue with the shuttle service phone line. It was very frustrating. When I arrived, the front desk staff was very nice and efficient. I was exhausted so i got up to my room and immediately turned the heat up because i was freezing. The room never got warm enough and i suffered feet and leg cramps because of the cold. I hsd to get fully dressed to get warm. There was not an extra blanket.

It was a good stay for our family, we flew into the airport and we couldn't check into our hotel in Fayetteville until the next morning so we decided to stay at the La Quinta Inn, and our families experience there was AWESOME, the kids and my husband especially loved the breakfast I did too☺️👍

It was a good stay for our family, we flew into the airport and we couldn't check into our hotel in Fayetteville until the next morning so we decided to stay at the La Quinta Inn, and our families experience there was AWESOME, the kids and my husband especially loved the breakfast I did too☺️👍

The hotel needs major updating. Everything looks old. 1st floor smelled really bad of Marijuana. Almost unbearable. Drains were very slow to drain in sink and tub. Just needs a lot of love and care. Don't think I would rebook here.

The hotel was in the right location and the right price, and the staff was very nice. Breakfast had everything expected. So for the price it was all ok. My complaint is that it just wasn’t clean. Once I started seeing dirt, it was everywhere. There was a little toy found on our floor, an almond on a chair in our room, and although it had been cleaned it was not scrubbed. Under and around the gym equipment hadn’t been cleaned/vacuumed in a long time. Could be a nice place, but desperately need to paint all the doors.

My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable which is extremely important for these old backs. The breakfast was good and satisfying. The front desk associate Rebecca was a treasure. Very polite and professional while also being friendly and engaging. A true asset. I also love that they have graciously set aside a few parking spaces for us US veterans. Way to go!

We stayed in one of the suites at this property. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes even though we booked a nonsmoking room. The common area was dirty and smelled musty. There were questionable stains on the couches and the privacy blinds separating the bedroom from the common area were broken. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom area felt cleaner than the common area. TV reception was awful.

Some tech issue was going on at the front desk so check in took a solid 30 minutes and lines were backed up which was odd for 8ish on a Sunday night. We had 2 rooms. I would suggest that the front desk staff make it a practice not to loudly announce room numbers so that everyone in the lobby hears them. This was incredibly unnerving for my 24yo daughter who then knew everyone in the lobby not only heard her room number but also the directions to her room.
We had 2 rooms. Both were relatively clean, but minor issues usually indicate that deep cleaning isn’t happening either. In my room, there was scotch tape on part of the outlet in the bathroom that served no purpose so it was obviously left behind by a previous guest and not removed by staff. My nightstand and desk both had circles from previous guests drinks that were easily removed when I wiped things down with a Lysol wipe. This just showed that cleanliness was lacking.
Sheets and tub/shower were clean so that was a plus.
We have stayed here 4-5 times the night before early flights and have found it to be a solid choice for the price. We’ve never stayed late enough for breakfast but the fact that it’s included makes the price even better.

Toilet seat was not affixed one side, slid and had to balance to not slide off the seat. There was exposed broken inner dry wall in the bathroom, where a tile had been broken off. Cabinet door where mini fridge was was broken, still operalble but just warped and water damaged. I asked for a room refresh while I was out, we left for the entire day just before noon, and house keeping had not yet knocked, so i assumed i still had time for a room refresh. Maybe they had a minimum length of stay required for it, i did not see it in the hotel notes, but I did ask the front desk and the gentleman said it could be done as we left for the day. All and all it was okay stay for the reduced pricing. The carpets seemed clean as well as the bedding and linen was clean. Bring your own pillow if you need something between extra stiff or extra soft.

I had a horrible experience here. I was up for over 24 hours traveling internationally, and I arrived at about 11pm to stay one night. I know I looked rough and was on the verge of tears because I was so tired. There were two women working at the check in counter. They kept up a conversation with each other the whole time I was checking in: as if I wasn’t even there. So rude. I had to ask a ton of questions because they gave me no information. They gave me my room key and told me which elevator to take. Turns out it was the wrong elevator and my room was on the complete opposite side of the hotel. Then, my key didn’t work. Went back down and she begrudgingly gave me a new key. All the away back to the room and the new key didn’t work either. Went back to desk. They both acted annoyed with me as if it was my fault the key didn’t work. It was actually a good thing the key didn’t work because she had forgotten to have me put a piece of paper in my car showing I was staying there (it would have been towed by morning). Finally got into a different room, and it was ok. Not the cleanest, but not disgusting. I just couldn’t believe how unfriendly, unhelpful, and inconsiderate the front desk ladies were. I would never stay here again.

Then at 1 AM the lights went off--all of them. Hotels are eerie places with no power. I needed to check out early, but had no way of knowing what time it was. So I checked out at 1:45 and was at the airport at 2 for 5AM flight

All in all it was a great stay. My only complaint (to me it’s not a huge deal, but if my wife was there we would have asked for a different room) the door lock was barely hanging on with a screw if someone wanted to get in they could have easily done so. Also the bathroom door bottom looked to have had water damage or something and was falling apart
