Sheets were dirty, there was a pieces of hair extensions on the floor, used bar of soap left in the top corner of the shower. Booked a non smoking room and it smelt as though some was smoking a pack of cigarettes an hour. Sink/ floors filthy. The only thing that we thought was the best was the water staying hot. Bring your own bedding, pillows, blow up matress and towels and the room will do the job for a couple hours, other then that spend the extra money for a much nicer hotel with better cleanliness. Front desk associate at checkout was nice to us but still proceed with ALOT of caution.

Did a one night stay for my grand daughter’s quinceñera and the place was inexpensive, clean and accessible to Starbucks, CVS and other eateries. Will book again if needed!

I always go to this hotel without a problem but this time I couldn't find my ID due to the moving to new home so they didn't let me check in I called every single number and np one couldn't help me to change the name of the reservation to my wifes name to check in so I had to pay again and couldn't get a refund...or change it for another day...I'm really upset but I still have to pay for something I couldn't use

Hotel was old, which is why it was cheap. New floors, new paint, but alot of plumbing issues were covered up with this new stuff. Over all this was one of the most comfortable mattress ive slept on. The location was great for food or anyother shopping.

It was a non-smoking room, but the smell of smoking was terrible; all the towels were stained, and there were also some very unpleasant yellowish stains on the bed covers.

Customer requests should be honored if there is a valid reason behind wanting to get a good nights rest in a different room. Will not stay here again. Either front desk was too lazy or the policy sucks. Cops constantly driving by with sketchy randoms outside. There was even a guy next door who kept drinking and smoking his cigs all night, kept hearing banging noises so not well rested by the morning.

Horrible never again staying here front desk did nothing about a woman getting beat by her boyfriend upstairs couple kicking doors and going up and down the stairs constantly and having their car alarm go off over and over “security” was too busy on his phone then doing his job

Rosa at the front office was very nice and very accommodating. We lost power one night and it didn't come back on till the next morning around 10am. I saw a few roaches in the hotel when we returned and there were knats. Towels were very thin and small.

My husband and I stayed here for our Disneyland trip and we seriously had no issues or complaints about the area! It was very easy to Uber there and back to Disneyland. Easy to get in our room, very nice for a Motel 6. Only thing was that on our last night there were random maggots that would appear but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Staff was rude and unfriendly. Area was unsafe and I was so uncomfortable we checked out within half an hour. I was told we could not have even a partial refund because it wasn’t the fault of Motel 6.

I could hear everything going on outside and upstairs! And small parking but the staff was very friendly . Our beds had stains on them and the toilet bowl was dirty BUT it worked for the night.

I didn’t expect much from this motel being that it is a Motel 6. I brought cleaning supplies from home, expecting that the room may not be the cleanest. I was correct in my assumption. Upon checking in, we noticed there was stool in the toilet along with urine that seemed to have sat there for awhile. The room had an odor which was lessened after I scrubbed, wiped, mopped, and disinfected everything with bleach and Mr. Clean. However, the smell still lingered. Our stay was just for one night so we decided to deal with it and first thing in the morning. Those plans were disrupted when we awoke to water dripping from the ceiling onto our beds at 3:30 am. The entire upstairs flood and we were forced to leave in the middle of the night. The room next to ours was even worse and several guest were displaced. The staff were very easy to work with and issued a refund with an apology. 1/10 and the one is for the kind staff. Never staying at a motel 6 again.
