Hotel overall was awesome but, got in late so decided to eat in the hotel dining room. Service was good but the food was a huge disappointment and very overpriced. Bar area was nice and drinks were average but, the bar was very understaffed causing long wait times to be served. Several guests just left due to not being waited on.

Pros- Gorgeous views of the lake. Nice bar, restaurant, indoor & outdoor pool, lobby, pastry shop. Nice staff. Cons-very, very expensive food and drinks, dated rooms and furniture. The hot tub was not well maintained/clean. Small children in the bar even late at night. The deli was never opened so food prices were crazy high. $21 for a martini. Yikes! Slow service in the bar. I would probably stay again but not pay for a balcony room or eat on site. The Christmas gingerbread houses and decorations were nice!
