Long Beach Mauritius offers 255 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature iPod docking stations and safes. Rooms open to patios. Each accommodation is individually furnished. 40-inch LCD televisions come with satellite channels. Bathrooms include separate bathtubs and showers with deep soaking bathtubs and rainfall showerheads. Bathrooms are also outfitted with bathrobes, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers.

It was a fantastic experience, Long Beach Mauritius staff. is very polite and professional, their language does not include a “no” they always try their best to please you and to satisfy your needs. The chef in two occasion made a dessert lactose free only for us. The hotel his very cleaned offers lot of services and the quality service his something you can touch. Th food quality is superb and various every day. It is the best hotel I ever been and as I work in tourism business, it means amongst many others. Thank you all and we will be back soon for sure. Lovely resort, amazing nature, beach and pool. Great service and supportive when we had an issue with a room. I would recomend to chose the all inclusive option if you plan to stay mainly at the reaport, otherwise lunches and snacks are a bit pricy.

Good hotel and spa facilities. Food was excellent in the restaurants. We were half board and think All Inclusive would not be worth the extra money. Difficult to book excursions though the hotel. You needed to book with travel reps that turned up between 10/12 each day (not Sundays). No help from hotel guest services or concierge. Book a table was difficult, you needed to book at least two 2 days in advance. Limited covers per night at all restaurants other than the buffett. Nice that the pool was also right near the beach. Good activities by the beach. Arranged outside of hotel scope. Hear for a fly and flop. Unlikely to visit again, but overall a good holiday.

Second time here and I really love this hotel and it´s property. You´ve it all! Nice exlusive white sandy beach, infinitypool overlooking the ocean (adults only) and a large mainpool. Convinient and luxury sunchairs! There even is a third pool för excersiceswimming, tenniscourts, gym etc... Lush garden and a cuople of nice restaurants. all very well maintained. You also get spoiled by friendly professional service from Nilesh, Anastasia and rest of the staff. BUT! I´ve a big problem with the fact that there is no proper doors between bathrom/toilet and bedroom in your suit. The only thing that separates wc from room is a non lockable glasdoor. That means no privacy at all. So, only because of this we might stay in another hotel next time.

We had an amazing holiday at Long Beach. Excellent facilities and activities for the entire family. Only downside was the high cost of meals and drinks but otherwise everything else was great. Higly recommend this resort for families.

Stay away from this hotel! We had a terrible experience there and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there. We stayed there for 4 nights, on our last night, when organizing our stuff before the flight we found out that someone was picking our things and took 150$ out of 500$ we had (probably didn’t take all the money because they hoped we wouldn’t notice), when reporting the guest relations and reception they didn’t seem to be surprised and didn’t really do anything about it, only promised they will investigate it. Obviously it wouldn’t help us and we won’t get our money back and not only that, when checking out- we found out some extra charges we didn’t have (also here probably there are people that don’t check their bill and pay things they shouldn’t!) and they didn’t even apologized on it and requested us to pay the money! I would expect them to not charge us for 120$ of charges we had in order to make us to feel a little bit better after this terrible experience of knowing that the someone of the hotel staff got inside our room and picked our personal stuff! Shame on you and hope other guests will be aware that there are thieves walking between them, whatcha your stuff carefully! The location of the hotel is great but there are other hotels that self-respect theirselves and wouldn’t allow their guests to leave with such a bad feeling and aggravation.
