My husband and I really like this hotel and have stayed on numerous occasions. I receive routine treatments at USC Keck Hospital (which is 3 hours from where we live) and this hotel gives us a great location for that purpose. The staff is always great and very accommodating, especially in giving us our requested handicapped room. Our only complaint is that the bed is a little too stiff for our liking so we both wake up with a bit of sore back. We started bringing a mattress topper with us which helps a lot. Normally this issue would be enough to search for a different hotel, however, everything else about this hotel is so outstanding that we are willing to overlook the stiff bed issue. It is conveniently located to several fantastic restaurants and shopping.

Positives: Room and bed were clean and up to date. Would've been better if there was a microwave and non-slip floor mat for the bathtub. Amenities should have extra toothbrush, I had to request that. Room service and breakfast were great. Staff like Rosario from Dining is friendly and prompt. Pool was pretty nice and clean and the heated aspect of it was warm enough to be comfortable, but we also were looking for a spa as it stated, so it was also disappointing when we found it was a luke-warm pool only. Negatives: Check-in was rough, we informed front desk we were delayed and gave them proper notice beforehand to prepare for our arrival. Some valet staff did not help us with our luggage, while multiple staff stood around too busy chatting and star gazing -- we had to push our own luggage trolley to the front desk after the valet parking that cost $29/night. I had to call front desk about the Wifi procedures, and directions were a bit unclear at check-in. Steep fees for something that should be basic, compared to other hotels . The room sign said complimentary water, but with the water was also a water they charged $6 for and there was no indication that water was not also free. No bathrobes, slippers, and front desk said they can't provide that basic amenity because "the maids aren't around and it might be too late after 4pm"

Donot choose the hotel ever again; they require valet parking only and when u left ur Mercedes Benz with them, ur hood is loosely closed!!! I don’t know who opened it? and leave the hood not closed properly! That is a huge threats to client! U don’t know what they do to ur car! And they never respond to ur conplaints! Do not live in the hotel! Do not trust their valet parking! I am collecting evidence now and will call the police!

If u have a car it is good option. Park in the parking across the hotel for free overnight. Clean , good AC, safe upscale area. Downside is it is really far !

Booked a suite, but only standard room available when check in, and no one wants to help you. Also be careful with the charges in your invoice.

Love this hotel, the staff are wonderful and the location is great. The pool is very small but still cute. The only thing that was a big let down was the parking situation. The only option is valet parking… I took a staycation and I had to order in everything because I didn’t want to take my car and pay 30 dollars extra a day. There’s plenty of parking around, therefore I don’t understand why they do this. Also, when I booked through a third party site, there was no mention of this, so beware. Either way the hotel is beautiful and I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

I first checked the rates on this hotel months ago and it was over $400 a night. But I got it on Memorial weekend for about $150 which was a great deal. Well worth it, definitely five stars!

They did not clean properly, the toilet paper and some poop left behind inside the toilet. After they clean up the room, only 1 towel in bathroom, at 11:35 PM

Sleek, beautifully appointed hotel with one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. Every detail was thought out from an aesthetic and functional POV. Great bar and restaurant, lots of fun commom spaces.

Really, a nice place but the carpet in the room was rather dirty and in need of a shampoo. If it wasn’t for that, I likely would have given “Excellent” marks across the board.
