Booked here because they advertised an airport and cruise terminal shuttle. They said they didn't have a shuttle when we got off the cruise, so we took and uber. Got there and was told our flight (9:40 am) was too early for the shuttle to take us the next morning. We had to uber again. Additionally, I was told the Miccosukee village was close, When we arrived, we found that you needed a car to get anywhere.

Well maintained hotel and hopping casino at night.

The pool and gym were closed. Not happy about finding out only when I arrived that we could not use those amenities. Mistakes by the front desk were made as to the proper name of who the room belonged to. Everything was fixed when I booked another night. Was nothing to do accept slots or poker. Bingo was available as well. No blackjack. We attended a 2 day wrestling clinic in the ball room. The 2nd floor was very nice for the event. Restaurants options were not the best so we ate out every night.
I’m not complaining, just a review of my 3 day stay. Did not see many people win at slots. I lost $60

The jacuzzi was running non-stop for over 6 hours..
And no i didn't reset it! I pushed one time and it came on..and never stopped running!
So imagine trying to sleep with a jacuzzi running all night!

Everything about this stay was great. The room was perfect. This facility needs more food options. Had dinner at La Brisa and the service and food were very good but a limited menu. Perhaps adding a buffet option would go a long way.

They advertise an airport shuttle but it stops running after 7pm. We had to uber in from the airport. The front desk had 2 people working and a line out the door. After checking in, the resort was very nice. Everything is very convenient.

Room was ok since it was an overnight before a cruise. Food was overpriced and limited depending on the time of day. Desk staff had a line when we checked in with more staff standing around then helping shorten the line. If you forgot any travel supplies they were also way overpriced and based on location if you didn’t drive you were stuck with trying to Uber or do without till the next day after checking out.

We were happy to obtain a room a day after Milton made landfall in Florida. I was able to get early checkin for my prepaid room. TV in our room didn't work; I didn't bother to report it since we were only staying one night. Wifi access was confusing and dropped depending on where we were on the property.

Here as an evacuee from hurricane Milton, as were most of the others staying here. Stress levels were high as we left our homes to the fate of the storm.
The hotel staff outdid themselves to keep a fully booked hotel running smoothly. The front desk rocked it!! I saw them handle rude people with a smile and politeness. The 9th floor housekeeping crew went above and beyond to see we were all comfortable. They allowed people to cancel reservations without penalty up until checkout time at 11 AM instead of 6 PM the evening prior to accommodate those who did not find they could return to their homes until daylight. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!! Thank you for taking great care of all of us!!

We stayed during our evacuation from Hurricane Milton.
Rooms are roomy and comfortable. Resort hotel is large enough for us to get out of our room and walk around, plus there are a couple of options for meals, even tho they are quite pricey. I was disappointed under the circumstances with so many evacuees arriving they did not open their other restaurant options that are usually open Thurs-Sunday.

I've stayed here before and this was my worse experience ever and will never be staying here again. first I was given a handicap room, there was no counter space in the bathroom, no mirror, the AC was not cooling. then in the casino area none of the ATM machines were working. I had to use an ATM machine that prints out a ticket so that I needed to see cashier only to find out that the ATM machine charged me $16.99 to use the machine. Not my fault that the ATM machines were not working. NONE of them were functioning. How does a casino not have any functioning ATM's? This is unacceptable. And the next morning, I go to the restaurant to have breakfast, I get there at 10:05 only for them to tell me it's closed. they close at 10 for breakfast? why? who does that on a Sunday morning! This is why I will never be staying here again.
