Good airport hotel in Atlanta. Spacious and clean room with good gym and ok breakfast. Easy to go to and from domestic terminal via the SkyTrain. Bit more hassle to/from the international terminal, where you have to take a transfer bus between the terminals in combination with the SkyTrain (free of charge). Though very rude and unfriendly receptionist upon arrival, wasn’t a nice experience at all. Felt like we ver just in her way and that we disturbed her by going through the doors. Upon checkout there was a new receptionist, and she was lovely and super friendly. So really depends on who is working I guess… I would stay here again.

I loved my room and the service was great. SHOUT OUT to Troy and the ladies at the front desk. The kitchen staff was great too....zervice on point. I felt catered to. The only thing i did not like is the valet parking charge even for hotel guests.

Tru Hotel is a clean, staff-friendly hotel w/a generous complimentary breakfast buffet. We were welcomed and treated well by staff, especially from Damon, our valet. Bathroom is clean, shower pressure hard & water warm. And I appreciate being able to watch Netflix on the room’s TV. Overall, the spot is cozy. My ONLY complaint is not knowing ahead of time of the $34 parking fee. There’s a $50 incidental fee, which is not fully refunded but budgeted toward the parking fee. Did. Not. Appreciate. That.

The location could not be better if you are taking an early flight from Atlanta Airport. It's only one stop away from Domestic Terminal and Air Train is operational 24/7 and runs frequently, so you walk up few minutes to the station and hop onto a train. Also if you are renting a car, use the same Air Train to Rental Car Center station. I arrived at the hotel late at night.The reception staff was not so friendly, not that I had any trouble checking in, so it could have been better. I guess it's a minor issue.

Arrived past 1 am but check-in was smooth. Maybe because I notified them that I’d be late? But I guess being an airport hotel, they are used to it. Although I took an expensive cab ride from the domestic terminal, it turned out I didn’t have to, as the hotel is easily accessible by airtrain. On my was back to the airport terminal, I didn’t make the same mistake! Mind you, there are no shuttle services from and to the hotel.

Clean, modern hotel. 3 minutes walk to the skytrain to get to Atlanta Airport. Friendly staff, excellent quiet and clean room. Good breakfast without disposable plates and cuttlery

We only stayed one night before a flight - the room was quiet, the shower pressure was amazing, and the AC worked perfectly. Water was $12 / bottle, but ATL prices. Valet is the only option for parking, which I never saw before making the reservation. We all hated the bed - the pillows instantly deflated as soon as we leaned against them which left all of us cranky in the morning. My only advice is bring your own pillow!

stayed for 01 night and i would not stay here again . there is no value for money . i am sure for the price i paid i could find better accommodation. having said that i did not come across any failures at Tru by hilton .. just a budget hotel with slightly higher price tag .

The staff were outright amazing. The valet only parking that was not communicated properly until my arrival and the (although subtle) sounds of airplanes gets annoying. You can't have a phone conversation or relax outside because the planes are incredibly loud and they land/take off every 30 seconds or so. The staff was the highlight of my stay. Outright awesome service from them.
