This was a birthday celebration. Had difficulty crossing the doorway threshold with my wheelchair. Once in, I found dirty towels tossed on tge countertop. Looked about the room and it was seemingly clean. Upon a closer look, I discovered tape hanging from the ceiling as if a banner had been removed, no hand soap in the bathroom, a dirty shower curtain and no bath chair in the roll in shower. It was just as difficult to get in and out of the across its threshold. The hotel staff, though pleasant, was very uninformative. No one could tell me how to correctly access room service, how to connect to television internet or how to turn off the light behind the bed (was told by housekeeping the switch would not control the lamp and was probably miswired). I had attempted several times to call the front desk, housekeeping and room service using the room telephone but no department answered. Calling by chance with my cell phone, I connected with the front desk and was told that I first had to dial 0 to reach the front desk even though I had lf onlf the button on my room . front desk. The phone was marked with the consierges' room number but somehow found itself on the fifth floor. i never did get television internet or room service and navigated over the strives to with a couple of pushes. I was happy to find that the hotel was wheelchair accessible but I don't feel that Marriott strives to provide its disabled customers the same luxury experiences as its nondisabled customers.

I was very unhappy that I couldn’t control the temperature. I was cold during my entire stay. When I first arrived there was only sheets on my bed. I complained and they gave me a throw blanket. I would have expected true blankets and a comforter

My two nights stay was great. The room on the 17th floor was modern and updated in trendy decor. The staff were awesome. Hazel, at the bar was personable and customer service oriented. She was so sweet and caring with my grandchildren. My stay was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel. The location was outstanding.
