I called prior to ask about the deposit since I couldn't find any information and the woman who answered was very pleasant and informative. When I arrived at check out, it was the same woman and again very helpful and patient with a bank issue I had. As soon as I paid, she began to pressure me for about ten minutes about Hilton rewards, even after I expressed a few times I wasn't interested and that I usually book under my father since he travels often. After I said no about the 3rd/4th time, she became smug and a little standoffish, said I couldn't use my dad's account but still found it apparently. Then asked for my email for what I thought was something unrelated, mind you I'm pretty dizzy from the altitude and exhausted from traveling. By the time I got to my room I had two text messages about the rewards program and was a little upset considering I didn't give her my number to use.
The room was very spacious and pretty clean, but the stove had flashing red lights, didn't get a chance to use it. The entire property had a strong chemical smell possibly from the renovating, and I saw two dead roaches in the hallway during my entire stay.
During my 3 night stay, I had no room service. I had to go down Saturday night and throw my own trash and ask for replacement towels as no one came by. Also the first night, my restroom door locked from the inside and the manager on duty just handed me his multi tool thing to try to wiggle it open.

Great staff & guest service that was lead by the Manager on Duty.....Tracey Marner. Tracey, and staff, always greeted you with a warm hello and a friendly smile. They were most helpful.
I will return to this property when I travel to Colorado Springs, however, I'll wait until the remodel is finished. Too much of a mess and some inconveniences like parking when the house is full, because of all the containers on site. Common areas also showed signs of where remodel/construction was occurring.

The furniture and finishes in the room were very outdated and worn.
The windows were not locked when I arrived - concerning as I was on a first floor overlooking a parking area.
The bathroom was not very clean. The dishwasher needed to be emptied when I arrived. Not my job unless I loaded and ran it.

This property is updating and has a number of construction limitations. Even with that my stay was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet needs a little innovation.

We came down for an event at FOF, and found the hotel to be extremely conveniently located, clean, comfortable and loved the suites, so that we could put the kids to bed earlier than the parents!!!!

The property is under extensive renovations. They did not let us know about this before our arrival. Upon check-in, the property manager insinuated that, because we booked through Expedia, the hotel could not let us know about the current renovations. The fitness room and pool were closed. We received a newly renovated room, and we were surprised to find out that the stove did not work, and the bathroom didi not have any towel hangers. We announced the front desk who told us that the situation is the same with all renovated rooms. The common laundry was very dirty, the contruction workers were making heavy use of it. We asked the property manager about a discount for our stay, and he told us that we need to contact Expedia, and that Expedia should call him about the discount. We did that, and spent a long time on the phone with Expedia staff, who finally managed to get hold of the propery manager. To our surprise, Paul, the property manager offered us only one thing: the possibility of checking out early with no penalty. We did not take this offer. We are very dissapointed about how this situation was handled by the hotel management. On the plus side, the room was clean, we had room service almost every day, and the bed was comfortable. We had a decent stay, but we would clearly not recommend this hotel.

Our reservation was for 2 queen size beds and the beds we git were full size. On our arrival the room we were assign did not have working AC. The staff was accommodating and pleasant.

STAFF WAS AMAZING AND VERY FRIENDLY CURTIOUS AND THE MANAGEMENT WAS ALSO PICHING IN TO KEEP HOTEL LOBBY CLEAN
