It was just a one night stay but everything as I expected

Everything was perfect, big room, quiet, great breakfast, the only negative issue: hard to find!

A very average hotel with convenient access to the terminal. Hasn't been upgraded in at least a decade. Found a dirty tissue in our room.

Room, particularly the curtains, smelt old and sweaty. Don’t expect much from an airport hotel but at over $300 for a night’s accommodation including taxes, I’d have at least expected a complimentary bottle of water

Room was tired looking and in need of updates. Compared with other Airport Hotels, the amenities were a little disappointing. The room was quiet and comfortable and the restaurant was excellent.

Very convenient for an overnight stay before an early morning flight. The restaurant was particularly wonderful. It is connected by a covered bridge way directly to the main airport terminals (a ten-minute walk).

Go to the second floor of the airport and look for the Hilton signs. They lead you through a number of walkways to the hotel.
Check in was easy , the rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast in the morning is incredible 6:00 - 10:00. I picked it mainly for easy access to and from the airport.

I had a very good dinner at the restaurant. The room is clean and spacious. There are several English speaking channels on the TV. They are mostly news but after 2 weeks in Italy I'll take it. The convenience of being able to walk to the airport is why I stayed here

Bathroom door got stuck and had to forcibly open it. Very irritating. Difficult trying to get into front door. Had to ask desk for help and nice guy said to wait for “special” sound. Ok.
Very nice front desk staff though that helped arrange van into Rome city center.

We stayed at the Sofitel Hotel at Heathrow airport for almost the same price. It was a luxury experience- this was not.
Although a good selection of food at breakfast, all hot breakfast food was cold, American coffee was luke warm. Cappuccino- coffee part was cold , milk was hot, so another luke warm coffee.

Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Pillows were not comfortable. Air conditioning was noisy when it turned off and on. Woke us up throughout the night.

We have always had wonderful stays at this hotel. Its proximity to the airport is fantastic and staff is always wonderful and very accommodating.

Convenience can't be beat. Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Nice shower. Helpful staff. The only caveat is that the room key has to be kept separate from your phone -- which we did not know. After several (SEVERAL) trips to the front desk to rekey, someone told us this "secret", and could have saved us a lot of frustration.

This place is totally run down and needs a massive renovation. The bar didn't even have bar stools and when asked about them, they said they just disappeared over time.
