I stay at this hotel twice a year to visit my daughter and granddaughters and everyone was professional and courteous, the hotel was clean and the breakfast provided was good as well.

We checked in Saturday, June 8th. We called Friday, June 7th to see about checking in early on Saturday, and the process. We were told, we could check in early but it would be a fee. No problem, right?! We called again Saturday, the day of our reservation. The front desk receptionist told us she was just about to call us regarding our reservation. She said they had flooding issues. They goes my blood pressure. We get to the hotel to get details. What I gathered was that she wanted FEMA money over mine. She wanted me to cancel my 2-month reservation and choose another hotel. I proceeded to check other options, only to find out their weren’t any through hotels.com under $474/night. She wasn’t understanding at all. Once my daughter came in, she asked for a manager. She was told the manager wasn’t on duty. My daughter explained that a manager should be available for emergent situations which this was. As I continued to check for other hotels. My daughter continued to let her know that this trip has been booked for 2 months because this is her son’s golden birthday trip ((11 years old). And she insisted that the receptionist could not leave us homeless. When she finally let us continue. We ended up with 1 room right away which only had a king sized bed. And the other wasn’t ready for an hour. Same size, completely opposite directions. The pool was too small for the capacity of people. The tv didn’t work in one room. Breakfast had to be eaten in the dining area. Just terrible!

Despite the problem with our room not being cleared as clean for our arrival (which we arrived at 10pm), the staff did a great job in getting it ready for us. Would stay at this property again.

Was not informed of a deposit needed to be put down in order to stay. Night person was a little rude and seemed to be preoccupied.

I checked in the night of 3/13 and checked out the early afternoon of 3/14 and wasn’t given any kind of refund or asked why i checked out early (my original checkout date was 3/16). There was no blanket or heat in my room so i had to sleep in my clothes. The sheets had some weird stains on them and the shower still had hair in it amongst other things. Preston didn’t care to get a manager to resolve anything and now i can’t get any money back despite checking out early. This place is trash

2 night stay. Had a very good experience when checking in. Loved that it is pet friendly. And was very pleased with the room we were assigned. It was super clean and smelled clean. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The pillows had a very clean smell to them which is a place for me. Towels were super white and clean. And the blow dryer was amazing. One minor discomfort was that the occupants above our room had very heavy foot steps and could be heard. Overall great experience.

Perfect for our needs. Close to our family and very comfortable.

Tv did not and when I called the front desk to ask if they could fix it or move us to a different room. They said they would come to our room and check it out. When she showed up with the handyman they could not fix it and gave us the fifth degree like she was accusing us of doing something to the tv. She finally put us in a different room. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

Everyone was super friendly and informative.. the lady that checked me in went above and beyond to accommodate me. We liked her. Also Chris was amazing, Perfect night guy! He was friendly and we ljked the facg that he walked the property at night. We felt safe with him. Ty Chris. We will stay here again. Breakfast was fabulous. Everything was clean and easy to get to. Ty Everyone

Enjoyed my night there. A bit noisy but wasn’t a deal breaker. The rooms need some updating but over all it was a good stay and when I’m back in Houston I’ll be back.

This is the 2nd time we stay at this property. The first time was right after renovation. This stay was horrible and regretted choosing to stay here and having my sister in law book as well. When I called before check in, I called provided my scenario that I would be arriving at 2am and was told I would be charged $40 for early check in and when I arrived I was told Preston was incorrect and it should be $50. The front desk lady argued that I didn’t provide accurate scenario. The first room given had dirty sheets on the bed. The y moved us rooms. The new room had a terrible AC/Heater. The heater almost started a fire. The next day they sent maintenance early in the morning which woke us up, after an 12 hour drive. Only to tell us, he would fix after we checked out!!! Then the restroom bathtub would not drain. It was a mess to say the least. I will not recommend this comfort suites nor will we stay here when we visit!
