Beds were comfortable yet supportive (not all that common among hotels we've stayed at), Conti Breakfast area was sizable and serviceable with a decent selection of breakfast food offerings. Site security was as good or better than others we've been to, good location, room fan/AC/heater unit worked well without being too noisy. A very pleasant stay.

Only issue was in the room. The shower head was terrible. The sink would not drain and the drain in the hot in the room was broken

Staff was very unhelpful. Asked that our room be freshened up when we checked in. Never received new towels, or had the room cleaned during our stay. Had to ask for multiple things in the room to be filled (towels, Kleenex). Ordered a room that was supposed to sleep six…barely fit four, and staff was not willing to help because we booked through Expedia. Very dissatisfied!

We arrived before noon and were able to check in right away. Our room was the same as last year when we stayed here. We had some time in the room before we left to go golfing. My wife and I wanted to use our devices and were unable to connect to the internet. She called the front desk and was given several tips to try. Nothing, so we left and returned at 5:00 to no internet. We went to the pool and were able to connect but not in our room. This is totally unacceptable. I don’t know if I will stay here next year at this time.

It was a nice stay. Close to proximity to where I needed to go. Shopping and restaurants near by within 5 -10 min. Nice sitting areas inside the hotel lower and upper floor to relax.

The lady who checked me in was very polite but not very knowledgeable. I asked how to use the jacuzzi in my room and she did not know. There were also no instructions posted in the room. My jacuzzi did not work so i called the front desk. I was repeatedly told the same thing despite mr le telling her it wasn't working. I asked to change rooms and the front desk lady delayed my request for almost 2 hours. It was almost 10pm by then so I declined. I had issues with my room key card every time I left the room. I had to have it rekeyed to enter after getting breakfast. The hotel was clean and the pool was beautiful. I'm very disappointed about the jacuzzi situation. I asked for a credit on the jacuzzi upgrade but no one got back to me. When i checked out, they did not give me a receipt or email one. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

Trash was left by Elevator from 5 pm when I left for dinner until 8 am when I check out. Place wasn't anything special and nothing really close by. Fortunately this just a quick stop for an evening.

We came to the hotel for a night after seeing a play at the Grand. First impressions were great. We got to our room, clean and comfortable. Turned on the TV, neither the straing channels or live tv worked. Everything was in an asian language. The staff didnt have time to fix it...we figured out how to mirror our phone so we could watch a movie. We decided to order food from door dash...problems began. We got a call from our dasher, they were at the address provided, but it wasnt our hotel. I was told they only I use the address, not the business name or that. So, we got a call from the Door Dash customer service and was told that because we provided the incorrect address is is our fault amd we still owe for the food. Okay 40$ down the drain. We try again, place a new order, i clearly check that it is the correct place. Cobblestone hotel. I place an order Again get a call. Cant find our hotel room. Again, cant deliver our fpod because we gave the a wrong address. I look closer, the address that was given to them via the app when i clicked on Cobblestone was an incorrect address. When we look us the actual address for where we were it showed ip as Hawthorne in and suites. Another 40$lost. Fortunately that driver decided to run it over on his own amd i gave him 20$. So, after 100$ we got a cold pizzi andelted ice-cream. The hotel was great but they need to find a way to update that info.
