Nice enough hotel. Room had lots of dark brown hairs everywhere and the shower wasn’t clean, went back over it everyday. Front desk staff was very nice and enjoyed the 24 hour front desk. Restaurant and bar were nice enough. Did the job for this stay.

We were in town for the weekend for a chiefs game. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo! It was very clean and everyone was very helpful and nice. The hotel is very close to a lot of things to do in town, like power and light district and union station. We will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and will be back!

I’ve stayed here 3X and can say without hesitation that if you want to sleep don’t stay here. Construction, 5am dumpster pick-up every day, removing snow. While the location is great for dinner. It’s like trying to sleep at a construction site at night. Also, the Moxy’s format is a rip off of Citizen M and Ace Hotel - stupid shovels on the wall, “deep end” drains, etc… if only they put as much effort in guest experience as they do with the art and messaging. My advice- there are several hotels that are walking distance to the Old Market. I’d suggest you stay there if you want to get rest.

We were disappointed in the bed mattress. It was extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately we experienced gunshots and a police chase last night. I know that no one can predict when an incident will occur. Luckily no one in the hotel was harmed. It was quite scary. I with I would’ve requested a room upgrade. We were on the first floor and that is not my favorite area to be located.

The location to Union Station and Crown Center was convenient. We walked to dinner at Jake Stack
which had delicious BBQ and there was an Italian restaurant next door to the BBQ place The hotel had great decor in the room. The only thing I was disappointed with was you had to call the front desk to adjust the temperature in the room. I kept putting the thermostat up because it was freezing in the room. The heater never came on so I contacted the front desk and was told they would adjust it. The biggest disappointment was we stayed on a Sunday and one of the reasons I stayed was because it had a bar/restaurant on the property. I was planning to get dinner, drinks and watch football. When I checked in the informed me that there was no bar service on Sundays. The hotel descriptions needs to be updated to reflect that.

Very comfortable, quiet, and convenient!

It was very nice and comfortable, and it was close to the free tram that runs through the city, which was very convenient. I did feel like it had some overly expensive components: I asked for a disposable toothbrush that generally, even if you are at a Motel 8 or Marriott Courtyard, they give you one for free. But this hotel told me it was $3!!! Even the front desk worker thought it was stupid, and so were the concession prices -they were absurd - similar to an airport or a football stadium. I think it was $7 for a Monster energy drink.

management cares about nothing but a couple dollars. They deserve this 1 for their lack of hospitality.

This property is absolutely stunning. An attention to detail is present in every element of the property. The ONLY reason I am not giving this beautiful property 5 stars, is due to noise. The hotel itself was quiet, extremely clean, and comfortable. However, I was pretty disappointed with the Suite, as it was on the ground floor with floor to ceiling windows. It did have blackout curtains for privacy, however, the street noise seemed like it was echoing within the concrete structure. While I completely understand that street noise is not the hotel’s fault, it did make for a sleepless night after two days of traveling. If I were to stay here again in my travels, I would definitely request a higher floor room to hopefully buffer some of the loud street noise.

For a strange reason the fire alarm went off around 7:am. No reason and the front desk immediately began to correct the error.

The property, room and staff were generally excellent. The only downsides were that:
1. The area feels a little desolate night and day.
2.The room cleaning employee knocked on our door at 9:30 am to ask when we were checking out even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Not really appropriate.
Still, would highly recommend this hotel. I don’t think the one “incident” takes away from the overall experience.
