It was not good whatsoever, I asked for 2 beds, the room had one bed only and it was for 3 of us. The Manager said sorry we don’t have other rooms and that hotel.com makes mistakes all the time, that’s all they had and they could not cancel the reservation. We stayed. Outdoor pool was great but was chilly outside, indoor pool and jacuzzi and all the amenities were disgustingly dirty. And on top of that, I got charged a more expensive rate than the one advertised on the app and again blamed hotel.com to ask for an adjustment. So we will see if something can be done.

I booked a room for 6 people and my booking was confirmed however when I reached there, the receptionist said they cannot accommodate 6 people as it only has 1 king size bed with no extra bed. Upon showing her my booking confirmation from Expedia which showed 6 people, she said she is not sure how it is saying 6 people and who approved it. When asking to speak to supervisor, she said her manager is done for the day and cannot communicate until next morning. I had to reach out to Expedia support and I got Karim on the chat who was not helpful, as they kept saying that it is my fault whereas I booked through Expedia while choosing 6 people and hotel also confirmed my booking. I asked Karim to escalate the chat to their supervisor and then I got Dhristi who finally understood my concern and speak with the receptionist to resolve our issue. At the end it turned out the room contained two sofa beds and the receptionist was not aware of that and just wasted our 2 hours. Receptionist said she had no idea about it and she is new. This was a terrible experience to begin with and we were really disappointed with it. All the other amenities of the hotel were really good and full score for that but just getting this experience was enough for us to ruin the whole expeirence. Dhristi from chat support was able to offer 100 CAD Expedia points for getting such a bad experience which was good but I think hotel should train their staff well and atleast have a managerial level staff.

We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and the good temperature. We liked the nice beds and good bath products. The housekeeping service was regular because they didn´t clean the room. When we asked, they changed the sheets and towels, but they didn´t clean our room.

Return guests many different times. Recent upgrading and pride of ownership are apparent in all aspects of the operation. If parking with a trailer use the back edge of the lot and let the trailer sit on the grass. Nobody hogs spots when they park like this and everyone seems to park the same way :) Will definitely be back in due time. No questions asked.

Room was clean, however it smelt a bit musky, like no one was in that room for a while. Stayed at this Super 8 many times but never stayed in the summertime to be able to use the outdoor pool so was excited for that. Unfortunately it was not clean. Staff was great.

It is your basic room. It needs some up keep in the pool area and the rooms are a bit dated. We had to make noise complaints. The price is not the best for what u get. We were here to visit an elderly family member and so for that it was worth a place to lay our head

Very family friendly, with outdoor and indoor pool, hot tub, sauna. Breakfast included made it convenient for the family. Location was great, between a walmart and boston pizza and easy access to other food chain restaurants. Beaches are from 10-30mins car drive away. Would consider coming here again.

Overall good experience... Outdoor pool was a little dirty looking so we opted for the indoor one! It was good but hot inside. Room was good, complementary breakfast was good... Daughter needed a crib or playpen, and they actually had cribs... Was a pleasant stay

When I arrived at 8:15 pm there was no one at the desk. after 15 minutes of calling and looking around, my partner had to enter the hotel where the rooms were (anyone could enter as there were no locks on the door) and hunt down an employee. When we got into our room, we discovered mouse droppings in the bathroom and coming out of the bathroom vent. We were tired from our trip decided to stay. We ventured to the indoor pool and hot tub but the water conditions were disgusting. It was filthy and needed a serious shock treatment. I didn't partake and was disappointed as we chose the hotel for the amenities but alas, no hot soak for me. In the morning, the breakfast offered was good. I had hoped to use the outdoor pool (as the indoor was still deplorable, no cleaning happened overnight) but the outdoors was just as bad. Serious cleaning needs to be done in this hotel. I will never stay there again. For the price they are charging, go to the new Holiday Inn down the street.

The bathtub is low enough to get in or out easily for seniors. In addition, there is a vertical bar installed in the middle for the senior to grab it for safety measures. It is convenient for those who need help during their shower. There are bacon, sausages & eggs for breakfast too!
