Beautiful hotel. The room was comfortable, spacious and so well designed. The planners had the guests in mind when they designed the room and the lobby. Hot breakfast with plenty of choices. Comfy bed and pillows- will definitely recommend this!

This is the first time I can truly say I’d rather have just stayed at the hotel and enjoy it than to be out and about exploring. The hotel was so comfortable and clean. Very well kept and right beside different food options. The continental breakfast was better than any hotel I’ve been at before. The beds were very comfy. It was definitely an enjoyable stay.

This hotel was very comfortable, quiet, safe and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Plenty of free parking available. The location is conviently close to anything you need from grocery to restaurants.

Well worth the stay. Quiet locatipn with restaurants within a 5 min walk. The hotel has a small bar and restaurant like diner setup. Very convenient.

Has went downhill tremendously since our travels been coming to for years and it has changed . Riff raff have definitely made there presence known . Shirtless junkies roaming property ant ridden infestation in breakfast and dining area and tables. Alot could be done to improve

The place was very nice, clean, comfty. My kids enjoyed a day at the pool. My only inconvenience was when we came back from a fay out, I saw the housekeeper outside, kindly asked her for an extra set of towels since we were a family of 6 and we were given 3. I believe her housekeeper manager who was inside the room w her denied them saying they have already put clean ones on our room, I had to explain my self that I need extra ones, we don’t have enough. The housekeeper ignored her response and provided them to me.

Room 623. The bathtub needs a new diverter and the shower has a low flow. The coffee maker was not cleaned. A light was out and the room was overall a tad dim. Downstairs, there were numerous ants at one of the window tables. Recommend better bartending capabilities as we had to explain how to make a gin and tonic. Overall, a great, comfortable stay - friendly employees and nice outdoor pool. Thank you.

The shuttle bus from the airport too absolutely ages to come and after flying from Scotland that wasnt ideal. The bus driver didn't chat to us/wasnt friendly. The lady on reception had to be talked to rather than ralking to us. She helped us regarding a restaurant but didn’t tell us where our room was. The room was really big, bed comfy and the breakfast was good.

I was impressed with the size of the room and the amount of outlets to plug my items into for my usage. I was very pleased with the selection of breakfast food items especially being I am on a special diet so I was able to eat many of the items. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly to us during our stay.

Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Front desk staff was great, a worked Isaiah I believe was his name and a female employee where awesome and so friendly.

The breakfast and morning staff was great. 2 of the 4 evening staff was rude and ridiculous. Property has lots of potential but a couple bad apples ruin it for all.
