Clean & presentable. Got towels replenished but didn’t tidy up the beds which would have been nice. But overall the stay was great!

Homepage needs to be updated. Grandson had a dislicated shoulder and was looking forward to the hot tub. No hot tub, it was filled in. Very disappointing. Also, we enjoy swimming and the pool had a sandy residue and was in need of repair. The bottom was in bad shape.

Comfortable beds A/C didn't work that great. Bathroom was good , scarce with the toiletries. Overall decent stay. The price was too high for a ballgame weekend, but expected that. Convenient to restaurants.

Comfort Inn is our number one choice when visiting our student at UArk. The staff is always helpful and friendly and have gone above and beyond, every visit. It's just around the corner from the campus but, walking distance to 5 great restaurants where you can relax, watch games and enjoy good food and friends! Go Razorbacks!!!

The front desk staff was excellent, especially at the late hour of our arrival. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Downside: we couldn't make the Internet connection work.

Needs a good updating inside. The rooms are humid and have a musty smell. Carpets stained, dirty, and sticky in areas. Pool had towels shoved in the windows in places and just overall not an appealing/clean area. Pot smell in hallways and stairwells. Had to move rooms twice before finding one we could work with since no refund would be given. Definitely will not stay here again. Staff however were very nice and friendly.

The Comfort Inn could use a little general maintenance, but it's clean and comfortable, and also conveniently located. We tend to stay there on trips to Fayetteville whenever a room is available.

We would have liked to have a channel guide for the television. Needed to go to front desk and have staff print one off of a website. Light in the bathroom flickered before turning on completely. Breakfast options for warm/hot food were a bit limited. At the time of our stay there was road construction in the area which made it very difficult to exit the area. I realize this is not the fault of the property, but it made it a bit challenging.

This is usually my go to place when I'm in the area. There was such a smell in the room. It hit you as you opened the door. Smelled like tabacco smoke and a sour smell at the same time. There was kleenex or bath tissue under the shelves where the towels were stored. There was something black on one of the pillow cases and something black (mold, maybe) on the shower curtain. This stay was so noisy with children running all over the place, yelling in the halls, slamming doors, clonking up and down stairs. I know this sometimes happens but whomever was on duty should have said something to the kids or their parents. They HAD to hear all the racket themselves.

Shockingly, we returned to the hotel Sunday night around 8 PM to find a job market going on. The entranceway was crowded with smoking men with suitcases wearing safety vests obviously queueing up for jobs with some contractor. The desk said the sign up guy who was camped in the breakfast area had a bunch of rooms to hand out to those he chose to hire. Very unwelcoming.
This crowd of workers flooded all of the common areas of the hotel.
The next morning they raided the breakfast area with plastic bags which they filled with fruit and such. While they were all gone by 7:30 lots of trash remained.
I spoke to the manager about the overflowing trash bins in front of the hotel entranceway. He said he was waiting on his maintenance guy to arrive at 9! Couldn't be bothered to clean it up or arrange for clean up earlier.
I spoke to other guests who were equally or even more put off by this bizarre development.
Who knows what that place is like every night when the workers all come back. Fortunately we left before then.
we would never have stayed there if we knew this situation would develop.
I personally suspect the manager is financially involved in this worker sign-up scheme. Kickback?
