I first came to this hotel back in 2005 when it was part of the Mercure Group, and I immediately fell in love with the building, the staff, and the rooms. The location is perfect – just a one-minute walk to bars, restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient.
However, since the hotel disassociated from Mercure in 2005 and became Triangulo Apart Hotel, things have drastically changed. Unfortunately, the furniture and equipment in the rooms are still the same as they were nearly two decades ago, and there has been no evident maintenance done since. The cleanliness of the hotel has become a serious issue. Mold can be found in the fridge, the bathroom, and even in the shower tray. The small window inside the shower looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years, making it quite unpleasant to use.
The staff here gives mixed impressions. While some can be friendly and helpful, they are often absent and distant, making it feel as though they don't care much about guest satisfaction.
The only positive aspect during my stay was the breakfast. The two ladies serving it were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making that part of the experience enjoyable.
This isn't my first review of this place. Last year, I also mentioned that the room conditions were unacceptable, and unfortunately, nothing has changed since. My partner and I have decided that this will be our last stay here, as we will be opting for an Airbnb for our future visits.

The hotel has great location! But everything inside is old and bathrooms are stained and dirty. Elevator is very slow.
Garage is convenient but some areas too small. Very easy to scratch sides and bumpers.

The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and vibrant places such as bars and nightclubs.
While the hotel's reception area was nice and well-decorated, I didn't feel welcomed upon my arrival. Initially, the receptionists weren't friendly or talkative, but fortunately, their behavior has changed throughout my stay.
The rooms do have useful amenities like a microwave, fridge, sink, and stove, along with a comfortable bed. However, they need significant attention—showers, trays, sinks, mirrors, and toilet bins require updating. A full room makeover seems necessary.
Breakfast was enjoyable, offering a good variety of hot and cold foods. The ladies serving breakfast were exceptionally friendly, engaging with guests and providing excellent assistance. They truly deserve recognition or a pay raise.
This hotel holds great potential to be one of the best in Vitória, but it requires significant internal renovations. I might consider staying here again, hoping that the owners take customer feedback seriously. It seems like they're not actively listening, which could significantly improve the overall experience

Although parking was free, it was extremely tight to fit the vehicle in the parking lot. If they offered valet service that could make the stay more enjoyable, given the stress the parking caused. My aunt was so stressed out with the level of difficulty to park that she had a panic attack.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is in a nice location.
However, it is in need of a few updates and the safe in the room did not work properly.
The breakfast was very well done.

we first had an issue with our door locking. the hotel staff had no issues with changing our room, and then fixing the door. everyday the housekeeping was friendly as well as the front desk staff. garage is the worst though, could barley park and turn around.

Two bedroom family apartment. Wifi and parking included, great location for bars/restaurants but no significant noise (15th floor). Breakfast was poor, but edible and there are no real facilties (small cold pool, no gym. Room service food is brought in from local restaurants but surprisingly good, although choices were limited to a burger/grill menu or a "natural foods" menu.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean but dated.
Only major complaint is that the veranda doors would not lock, which is of some concern which could be dangerous with small children.

Great stay in Vitoria, close to the beaches, and close to the "bermuda triangle", which is a small area of restaurants and clubs!

We stayed for ten days during our son's wedding to a beautiful Brazilian girl. The staff spoke English and helped us every day with plans for trips, restaurants, travel, etc. They were amazing! Our Superior Apartment had a small kitchen, lounge space with sofa and tv, two bathrooms, large bed and two balconies with lovely views of mountains and beach. Breakfast in the hotel was plentiful and delicious. I would highly recommentd this hotel.
