The desk or sign in clerk was aware that I was a senior citizen and asked for driver license. He was aware that my accommodations consisted of a King size bed non smoking room. The television did not work after the repair man fixed it. The heater did not work adequately after repairs. The linens had holes from a cigarette or smoking device.The bed was a twinbed that slept like steel.(extremely uncomfortable) No amenities in the room coffee pot or tea bags. Loud noises in the hotel through out the night extremely cramped space.

It is a cheap alternative for lodging. It was okay as a place to crash and amazing that it was available on a football weekend. I would use it again.

We came into town for the game. Came in at 3:05 since check in starts at 3:00. They said it would be 30-40 minutes. Went shopping and returned 45 minutes later. When I started to check in, they looked at my reservation and saw it was supposed to be 2 Double beds. They said it would be another 30-45 minutes because they prepped a single room. We finally got into the room. The room had an opening on the lock. While it was secure, it looked questionable. The rooms HVAC had no cover. Small children could have touched wiring due to no cover. Fortunately the grandkids were not with us. There were what appeared to be burn marks on the ceiling. The toilet paper dispenser was barely attached to the wall. The one positive was the bed was comfortable.

when we arrive at midnight to room which was 218, the toilet was cloth up, if we flush everyrbing came back up and shower head was linking everywhere, people goong crazu and screaming all night long

This is the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. The bar to hang your clothes on was rusted; the bathroom was dirt. the toilet seat was spotty; the curtains were only attached on either end of the bar and drooped in the middle. There was trash along the stairs.

This was the worst hotel stay ever. The property is filthy, the rooms are filthy. I spent over $100 at Walmart purchasing clean linen , cleaning products for the room and towels because everything was unclean. My room key didn’t work last night and there was no one at the front desk for me to get it reset. The contact number they have goes to what seems like a personal voicemail. Just about every guest stayed outside be rooms with their doors open, it was hard to get sufficient rest because the guest are up all night, talking loud and/or arguing outside. There was no security on site and it seems very unsafe. I would never stay here or recommend this place to anyone. I was scheduled to check out on 11.04.24 but ended my trip a day early because I couldn’t take another night at that property

Hotel was really run down. Hole in wall in room. Dirty. On a positive note no bugs and bed was surprisingly comfortable. Unable to get clean towels. Arrive at 8pm and there was no room ready had to wait 45 minutes. Hotel is used as apartments, let just say good thing had armed security. There was a fight on floor below mine at 2am and window of room was broken

It was absolutely disgusting!! There was roaches and other bugs. We didn’t have towels. It looked like there was stains all over the bedding. We only had 1 pillow to start. And when we got home there was 2 roaches that crawled out of our bag. I would honestly want a refund for how gross it was but in reality I just want you guys to fix it. This place could be decent if you put some care into it. And got rid of the bugs.

Worst one ever no toilet paper no towels when i call them they told me come to the front desk to get it when I get there they give me one toilet paper in no towels available all of them dirty . I can't stay i check out i lost my money.

Nasty place . The officer at the Desk very impolite. He had staff at the desk. They listened all my information .No privacy at all. My room had people smoking outside. The stair dirty and unsafe all very deteriorated . Trash garbage spilled out . In addition,dirty water spilling out from the room. The elevator smells urine.the bathroom wall broken, open to rats and cockroaches . No phone to call the desk in case of emergency. Towels dirty with yellow and green stains. Linen is dark white color.Bath tub nasty with brown stains. The guy wasn’t a gentleman at all I opened the office door and He came over me to enter before . Very disrespectful. I complained and they wanted to silent me by giving me a free room.The smoke detector is broken. If there is a Fire the whole Building burn out.

It was a room with ac,a bed, and a shower at a decent price, which is all I really want. The clientele was a mix of people, but that could have been from the recent hurricane. Didn't see any roaches or other bugs. If you're looking for a resort type stay this isn't the place, but if you just want a place to sleep and shower with easy access to places to eat it's fine. I'd stay again.

This place scared me. I did not stay there. It is dirty , nasty, squatters in rooms, trash am human waste everywhere. I book close to 30 hotel stay a year. I dont need much: clean bed , tv, internet , and hot water. I have stayed in some scetchy places but the Loyalty Inn in TLH actually scared me. I felt like I needed a battery of anti diseases shots so I wouldn’t fall to influenza. This place needs to be condemned

We did not stay, once we checked in and how distasteful it was. I went back to the front desk and asked them for housekeeping and maintenence. The room was not properly cleaned and there was a water leakage all over the floor from AC unit. The office stated that the maintenance man would be there in 30 mins, he never came. So we left and ask them for a refund, they were understanding but told me I'd have to go through booking site for refund. We will never book here again, only did beccause we had a hurricane coming towards our city and needed a place until it was over.

We had to wait to check in even though we didnt attempt to check in until 5pm. The room was very dirty. Towels and wash clothes had dirt stains.there was literally black mold growing in middle of floor. I literally took my shoe and rubbed a section away it was so visible. The bathroom was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. The other tenants were drinking and loud. At 2 am we left and went home before the hurricane even had left area. There was no micro wave, no remote for tv , and not even a small trash can . Only other room they had available was a room with leaking ceiling.

THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE FOR ANYONE We arrived Friday evening around 7:00pm and literally turned around and checked out at 7:05pm THE WORST HOTEL EVER. Bathroom had no working lights, walls throughout the room FILTHY beyond words can express. They are not only a motel but also house homeless and drug addict. The owners don’t care what you say, they automatically charged the credit card. They should honestly not be listed as motel more like a halfway housing.
