This is a great property. It was super clean, very well decorated, and felt like a high end resort. There were plenty of friendly helpful staff members where needed throughout the property.

Are room was beautiful . Loved we was right across from are friends room. the shower was amazing. the one problem the coffee maker did not work the next morning other than that we had a wonderful time. We ate at the Rockwood had a great dinner. loved the casino. We will be booking another trip soon. Thank You for such a wonderful time.

Great stay. Rooms are huge and super nice and clean. Front Desk and Housekeeping staff were very friendly. Definitely pricey on the weekends but it was a splurge trip for us.

Wasn't expecting the hotel to be as nice as what I expected. It was nicer! Checking in was a breeze and the counter people are very friendly and helpful. I am really impressed with the security measures taken in this hotel. You could not get elevator access going up to your room unless you swipe your card key first. That was a first for me. The room was super clean and the beds are very comfortable. It was fun to be able to go to the casino and go back to your room afterwards. The restaurant food is excellent, especially the top floor restaurant, Altitude, up on the 10th floor, quite a view. There was live entertainment which is always nice. Their Caesar salad and mini burgers were delicious. When I received the bill, I was surprised how reasonable it was, considering the quality and quantity of the food. The casino itself is well laid out and the games were fun. The wife actually did well walking out of there. The machines are not loose, but the wife has lucky I never had! All in all, it was a great time and visit and would like to go back there one day.

The Hotel is new and world class. This explains why they have the slot machines set up to rake people over the coals. They are obviously trying to get the $290,000,000 back as quickly as possible For this reason, we may stay at the hotel, but won’t play in the casino. You simply could t lose money any faster

The hotel was very pretty and could tell it was new. Our front desk agent was nice but not overly. Being it was our first time at the hotel, it would've been nice to have an overview of where everything was located. We were told about the rooftop bar and that they closed at 1, however, it was only on the sign at the entry did we know they had live music on Thursday's and Friday's. I previously worked in the hotel industry for 20 years, so, I'll start with being nice that the ambience was great. Unfortunately, it was the room where it got disappointing. The beds were atrocious! Very, very soft beds! As a new hotel, I would expect them to be firm and not that soft already! (Sitting on the edge, you almost were on top of the box spring or platform, terrible!) In addition, my sister and I need the TV to sleep, well, ours didn't work...at all! I'm aware of how to check HDMI cables and other items, so, we called down to the front desk and they sent up maintenance. Even maintenance couldn't get the TV to work. If I were to come back and that's a big IF, I would suggest either another room or check the beds and the TV before committing to the room.
