Room and bath for clean and accessible
Restaurant gave us a choice of buffet or order. We did both.
Property was convenient and close to all our needs.

Bathroom was filthy with cockroaches.. bugs come and go but not cleaning the bathroom is disgusting

The stay was a nightmare. One of the front desk attendants was beyond rude and dismissive. The pool and hot tub are under construction even though that is the first picture you see. There were roaches in the laundry room and a couple in the room!!! If you ask for extra blankets, they will admonish you and if you tell them that you really need them for your children they will call the police!!! Yes, that actually happened. I am very disappointed that any Hilton would be worst than any hotel that I have ever booked.

I really liked this hotel. The entire staff was very courteous and helpful the entire time. I had some interaction with Asia and Rebecca. They were so nice and very customer service oriented. The room was clean. I may be staying here again in the future. I did not get the explore all of the attractions I wanted to see.

All aspects of human interaction were of superior quality. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Ann (Housekeeping) helped me get into my room as my keys didn’t work, Heather and Rose (Food and Beverage) were very accommodating and pleasant to chat with. The food was prepared very well and was good eating. It is painfully obvious to me this facility is need of upgrading. As I mentioned my keys didn’t work the lock so I had them changed out twice, even then I had trouble opening my door. Additionally, I tried to enter the laundry room and my wouldn’t open this door either. The front desk attendant helped, his key had trouble opening the door as well. My coffee maker was non operational, the power light was on but it wouldn’t brew. These issues should be unacceptable to you. I’ve stayed at HGI on many occasions and have really enjoyed the overall experience. Thank you for listening, please take care of these details, thank you.

Disappointed to learn the pool was closed for repairs after a long day of driving. Otherwise, a very fine place to stay. Easy access to 95 and lots of businesses and dining in immediate area.

The staff is amazing! The are so friendly and helpful! The lobby is beautiful but the rooms are a little outdated. We did find a dead cockroach in our room.
