Overall, a nice stay. I've experienced some minor issues (shower, door locker) but all of them have been fixed very quickly, big up for the maintenance and front desk teams. 2 minor concerns: - the breakfast is a bit light in terms of choice. Having a possibility to order some eggs (like omelet) would make this hotel perfect ! - arriving to the hotel is a bit tricky due to the road organization. Nothing that the hotel can handle but this needs to be noted for other frequent travelers like me Parking is big enough, the highway just aside does not bring noise issues (my window was on the highway side!), bed was really good. I will come back for sure!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff was super nice and the breakfast options in the morning were amazing. Love that my room also had a fridge, stove, microwave and more! Would stay here again.

I traveled with my daughter and the room is very spacious and comfortable. The closets, the kitchenette, etc makes if very convenient for long stays. My only issue would be to add some excersise mats in the gym.

We've been staying this hotel many times. The experiences are always very smooth. The most impressive thing about this hotel is all staff take their jobs very seriously and super on top of everything. For example, I let them know the door handle was falling one day, they fixed it within minutes they were informed. I was seeing their staff cleaning, painting and fixing stuff day and night. One day the water dispenser was dispensing water for no reason, the next it wasn't anymore. The outside pet areas are super clean with fresh mulch absolutely odor free. I can't say enough good things about the hotel. A few things I have and would like to bring to the staff's attention: 1. The toiletries holder is a absolute hazard in the shower. The edge of the holder is very sharp and placed very close to the unadjustable shower head. Every stay every family member gets injured elbow from it when taking a shower. I have already let the front desk know hopefully it gets fixed next stay. 2. The exit door close to room 103 and the room 103 door don't latch. It's a security concern. 3. The room we stayed in with the couch placed very close to the bathroom room door (against each other). It almost broke my finger the day we checked in. We moved the couch (super heavy) away from the door to prevent it from hurting other guests.

My wife and i stayed here while visiting family in Los Gatos. The hotel was very clean, they had cookies on the counter and our room was the right size which included a small kitchen, closet, computer desk and coutch. All and all we enjoyed it. The only complaint was the road to and from the hotel. The road has a center divider so we had to go and do a u-turn each night. Again, that's the biggest complaint we had and we're looking forward to staying there again - in fact very shortly.

This hotel is right across the Pruneyard and is pretty new ... lots of restaurants, shops and activities within immediate walkable distance. Campbell Park is just next door. The room was very comfortable with pretty much everything you need. The only bad part of the stay was the maid service. You only get fresh towels, but the room itself is not cleaned up everyday. Plus even though its part of the service, had to almost argue with the maid for both days to get the bed made. Its good value for the money given its location and services. Would stay again!!

I stayed at this hotel with my wife over the Thanksgiving holiday 2008. The hotel was in great shape - practically brand new. The rooms were spacious, warm, and clean. The half kitchen was great although we had no plans on using it. Cookies where on the front desk counter each night, and the breakfast had just enought to get you ready for your day. Also, they have a guest computer with free internet access as well as a printer for those who need to print directions around town. The one and only thing i can complain about was the accessibility of the hotel from the road. When driving to the hotel, there is only one direction on the road which you can pull into the parking lot from. The other direction is blocked by a median so we had to go past the hotel and do a u-turn each night. Like i said, that's the only complaint and it's nothing the hotel can fix. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to guarantee a clean and cosy place to say.

I asked the woman at the front desk for a liquor store or a bar that would be nearby and she did not know the area, There is a liquor store less than 1 block up the street and downtown Campbell which is all of two blocks up the street has all the bars and coffee shops you could ever need.

We were disappointed that there wasn't a pool - just a jacuzzi pool. There was a nice park next door and the Pruneyard was very close. Very convenient location for great shopping, etc.

The rooms are spacious, quiet, clean and very comfortable. The continental breakfast is good and the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies are a delight and really delicious. Hotel location is in Campbell, easy walking to the Pruneyard Shopping Center and downtown Campbell. A nice and safe city. Definitely will go back and recommend to everyone. Great for families too!!
