The hotel was amazing. The hotel lobby was extremely proficient. The young lady at the front desk was professional, courteous, informative, and made my wife and I stay so enjoyable. Her name was Taneka. Thank you we will stay again.

The hotel and surrounding area is brand new so it is all in excellent condition. The gym is nice but is the typical hotel gym with basic equipment. The only negative is the third-party parking garage the front desk told me to use. It is $12 per night and I asked if my truck would fit, they assured me that if my truck was under 8 feet it would have no problems. I usually work in NYC so I typically cannot fit into the garages but I was assured that I could. The approach to the garage is at an angle and there is a bollard pipe on the right that is about 6-inches too close the vehicles. Long story short, I not have damage to my vehicle from the bollard. I was able to get my truck out of the garage without damage but I ended up parking in the Metro lot for $3 per day on a surface lot than the $12 for the garage but I was charged the $12 per day for my entire stay anyhow.

Here’s a revised version of your feedback:
The property itself appears new and clean, but the surrounding area looks very run-down and feels unsafe. I drove around the building multiple times trying to find the check-in location. After a long wait on the phone, I was finally informed that the check-in counter is on the 2nd floor. However, there’s no signage at the building’s entrance or near the elevator to indicate this, and from the outside, the building resembles an office space rather than a hotel.
Wi-Fi is not complimentary unless you’re a member or a premier customer, which I didn’t realize in advance. Additionally, I had expected free parking based on the booking site, but I ended up having to pay for it. Parking is located behind the building, and guests have to walk around to enter the hotel, as there’s no direct access from the lot—quite inconvenient if you have multiple pieces of luggage. There were no luggage carts available either.
Breakfast was just average. The staff didn’t speak English, which made it difficult to ask for any options without meat. The orange juice tasted watered down, and though I and other guests raised this concern, the staff seemed unable to understand or address it.
The only positive is that the building is new. However, I wouldn’t stay here again with my family; it didn’t feel safe, it’s not convenient, and it’s certainly not cheap.

Don't book here until things get sorted. This hotel just opened this summer, and still has no clear signage. GPS will route you to a high-school behind the property and if youre not looking for the handwritten street sign, you may miss the street this place is on entirely because you wouldnt think to drive clear into the active construction zone its in! 😬 Once you do realize this building could only be the hotel and walk in, it looks like the first floor of an apartment complex, I guess? You have to go to the second floor to get to the bloody lobby, the keycarded elevator misfunctions consistently and the whole building gets locked down at 10 or 11pm.
Need to park a vehicle? You're in for a shocker! The only parking is some public garage that you'll need to hoof through active construction to reach, and then it's $12/day. The hotel really ought to comp this until the construction is completed.
The staff is just over it, and at all hours are just hiding in the back. Guess to some degree I can't blame them.

This hotel is brand spanking new. It was fantastic. Super clean, modern, rooms were spacious. The bathroom was a little tight but it was nice that there was a shower with no tub.
We loved that the hotel was in a safe location, only thing is that it is tough to get to. We got there late at night and none of the signs were visible so we had to cruise around trying to figure out where it was. The hotel is on a street that is not yet on the map. Other that it being an active construction zone it was great. Although the noise was very minimal and did not bother us.
The hotel is close to everything. 15 minutes to DC monuments. 6 minutes to Trader Joes and Giant. 2 minutes to Starbucks. It is very close to anything you need. If traveling by Uber you would need to enter the middle school address which is located next to the hotel then lead the driver to the hotel entrance.
We ended up getting breakfast elsewhere even though the breakfast was free. There wasn’t much of a protein option. Oatmeal, DIY waffles and toast/bagels. They had premade breakfast sandwiches and omelets they did not look appetizing to us.
Parking was in a garage not connected to the hotel and had a daily charge. Our rate was $12 a day. In order to access the garage you would need to take the elevator down to the ground floor and exit the building and walk for about a minute. To us this was not an issue. But I could see this being an inconvenience in bad weather.

The hotel is brand new so it's clean and everything functions properly; however, there is 360 degree construction around the property. You're left on your own to figure out you're meant to park in a garage around the corner that says it's for a hospital or something. Despite having no on-site/connected parking they still charge you for parking. For some reason it was incredibly noisy in there. Not the construction, but doors closing, what sounded like banging on the walls etc. Also, the front desk staff I checked in with wasn't exactly friendly or welcoming. A few hours later I went to purchase something from the little mark and she made it seem like I was bothering her for doing so...

I read the comments on Expedia before I arrived, so I already expect that parking may be an issue. However, everything worked out just fine! The hotel is new so the hardware is pretty nice. It’s clean and the construction noise people used to complain was gone while I stayed. The only issue I would say is the water stream from the shower head was way too weak. And the breakfast could have more options. Other than these, it is quite a good experience.

-The hotel was under renovation and so difficult to find the hotel itself- No sign, No guidance and even people around was not able to show which building is the hotel. I turned around the area more that 3 times to find out the door or lobby but unsuccessful. Finally a guest helped me to find the lobby at the second floor.
- The breakfast doesn't have much more selection.

We liked it as it is a brand new hotel and new. However, our GPS cannot find the hotel on the map. They charge for the parking. Entrance to parking is so difficult that I hit my car on the side. Breakfast can definitely be better.

While the property is nice and brand new, I did not like how confusing the check in procedure was. There isnt proper signage and/or guidance on how to check in. You park on a narrow back street, have to find your way to the sliding doors, after which you enter through the sliding doors to another set of sliding doors that are locked. Theres a button for the intercom you must press that connects you to the front desk I would assume... dont really know as no one actually said anything when I hit the button but they opened the doors. Then your met with a hallway and an elevator, not a hotel lobby or front desk. On top of the weird check in service, the parking garage entrance-way is curved and EXTREMELY narrow to the point I had to reposition my truck several times and was 2 inches away from scraping my passenger doors on the yellow concrete poles that were obnoxiously placed on each side of the driveway entrance. That garage entrance needs fixed asap, your going to be causing people to damage their vehicles on a regular basis. Once we got to the hotel room it was nice, pleasant, clean. We really did like the room. But were rudely awakened by LOUD construction noise right at 8:00am as construction is apparently taking place all around the hotel. If you value peace and quiet, this is not the hotel for you. If you enjoy LOUD concrete saws grinding through concrete and multiple construction crews disturbing you, this is your ideal location.

This hotel was brand-new when I stayed in July 2024. It was in the middle of a new "district" and was surrounded by under-construction buildings. Getting into the place was a bit difficult since most roads around it were under construction. The parking garage behind it didn't seem to be directly connected to the building, which I think is an oversight - you need to exit the garage and walk around the block to get in. The lobby is on the 2nd floor... signage stating that was pretty obscure. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well-outfitted - comfortable bed and big TV. The main negative is that the shower took at least 10 minutes to heat up. I would stay here again once the construction in the area is wrapped up!
