We had an extra long drive due to accidents on the highway. When we got in check I. Was a breeze and we were given a briefing on the breakfast and the special premium package.what we needed when we needed it.

Very friendly staff. Very basic hotel, right off fwy so overpriced in my opinion since it’s so outdated. Breakfast was nice! Not the most comfy bed

The evening desk clerk the name on the wall I think was Jennifer Clark was awesome. She went above and beyond to assure the property and guest from a druggie who was highly agitated from remaining on the property to assure everyone was safe all while continuing to do her job welcoming each guest.

We checked in around 3pm and was given a room near an exit door. All night long we were able to hear the door slam. Not a very restful night. Normally there is a cookie or something welcome at check in, there was nothing at this hotel and the breakfast was average or less.

I love staying in Hampton inn and this was no different . The staff were very friendly and their service was excellent. I can’t say enough about their staff, front desk house keeping and buffet staff. I was traveling with my two little grandboys and appreciate these staff . Looking forward to my next visit in a Hampton inn

I am going to dispute the charges.
Hotels.com faulsey books hotels for five people and they only offer accommodations for maximum four. This I thought was an innocent mistake the first time but it happened today too. I refute to pay for this and I I will escalate this complaint to higher management and, ot reviews media courts… whatever it will take because it is a matter of principle

Had a nice overnight stay. Would definitely return to this hotel when we travel I-81. Sierra at the counter was so nice and Cindy (spelling?) was also so helpful at breakfast. The hotel was clean and very functional. It had good ratings when I looked for a place to stay and I agree with it good rating.
