We absolutely loved our stay! Staff was so helpful and great at communication. We enjoyed our breakfast at Abel as well!

The place is located at the end of the street, a bit hard to find and sketchy entrance but once inside the building and the first floor the door opens to a set of rooms.
I would advice to communicate in advance with Marco. He is wonderful and will answer all your questions in advance including you advance check-in, who can facilitate a lot. The cleaning lady is very pleasant.
They cleaned our room even it late on Sunday.
This place is right in the middle and central located to main commercial streets, restaurants, shopping, boat terminals, train station, etc.

Looks like it’s not a great place but when you get inside, it’s modern, comfortable and very nice.
Owner (I assume she is) is very pleasant and accommodating and explained everything we need.

A nice rom, the bathroom is very small though! The shower is too narrow and there are not enough space for the bide!
This is a bed & room so no staff available at the accommodation.
The AC was not working and no one around to fix it. A bar is situated outside room 1 and it gets very noisy once the bar is open.

Good room for a short stay. Anna greeted us and was very helpful and accommodating. Located in the historic district with easy walking to many sites, shops and restaurants.

Very clean and looks newly remodeled, comfortable and nice place to stay. The staff is very helpful in every way, we were very late, the staff set up everything in advance for us and the checking in is very smooth.

We arrived early, we were met for check in and they kindly allowed us to check in several hours ahead of time because our room was ready. Was a good experience. Room was simple, but practical.

Great location. Staff provided suggestions for parking and we were able to actually park fir free in an indicated area.
Breakfast is in a different location but is not far and offered vegan option.

- No one there to greet us although we returned their email stating when we would arrive,
- Sloppy housekeeping, Day 1 she forgot all of our towels, Day 2 she forgot our shampoo, Day 3 she completely forgot to clean our room although we had THEIR sign up requesting it be cleaned, this was annoying since we spent hours and hours walking around Cinque Terre!
- bring your own toiletries as they only give (when she remembers) this tiny pouch of a COMBO shampoo/shower gel.
- The shower is ridiculously small - a 2 foot square with no place to put toiletries- you have to put them on a ledge outside the shower, above the toilet and flood the floor trying to grab them!
- don’t open the window unless you want to get eaten alive by mosquitoes!
- Lovely view of the filthy patio covered with cigarette butts, clothes pins and garbage...
