The hotel staff service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful (even before check in). Rooms are clean. booked 2 connecting rooms for 4 pax, the connecting rooms are 2 separate rooms with a main door. Each room is relatively small in size, fit only 2 pax max and it would be ok if you do not have big luggages. Good if dental kits are provided in hotel room instead of upon request only. Opted for 1 morning breakfast as we needed to catch an early flight. Hotel Breakfast started at 7am, while cafe outside usually starts ard 830-9am. Spread is basic and sufficient for a breakfast. Excellent location.

Property is fully remodeled, rooms are very comfortable, spacious and extremly clean. 1st floor ammenities include unlimited water (carbonated or still) and coffee. Only complaint, guy at front desk refused to speak english at check in. French being french, I guess he believes his language is in some form superior eventhough english or spanish have way more speakers. Rest of staff was very pleasant.

We were so pleased with our stay! From our arrival where we were informed of all the hotel had to offer to the large, air-conditioned room with a charming view of the rooftops of the 11th arrondissement, I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Paris. The 6th floor room was spacious but charming with lots of storage for our clothes and souvenir purchases, two small walk-out balconies, dining table for two, and desk. The bathroom included an accessible shower with great water pressure. Location was in a peaceful side street but close to two different metro stops and lots of restaurants of many styles and price points. We also used the wash service and this was quick and efficient. I cannot say enough about the friendly staff and our wonderful experience here for the 2024 Olympics!

Loved this hotel, had connecting rooms that my kids stayed in and it was perfect! The location was so close to the metro which was nice. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was too expensive so we didn't try it.

The location was perfect for our stay. Metro was very close and a beautiful short walk to Marais. The property was clean and quiet. Above all, the staff was exceptional. Everyone was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. Will be staying there on our next trip to Paris.

I stayed two nights at this hotel, and I have to say, it was the best choice. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Carole, who kindly helped us sort out our transportation issue. The hotel offers free hot chocolate 24/7 and has a water refill station. I would definitely choose to stay at this wonderful hotel again.
