Wonderful people makes everything wonderful and it have been standard for this hotel. Manager Farhana and her front desk staff members have been extremely courteous and demonstrated outstanding professionalism towards their guests. It’s not only me, but most of the guests have same warm feelings and receive top quality hospitality from everyone. Manager, chef and everyone in cafeteria (lobby restaurant), always have provided exceptional services and exceeded expectations for me as well as other guests. One small suggestion for main entrance security staff. I suggest administrators must keep an eye on them. They demonstrated some laziness and slow. Also sometimes they have been asking for tips to the walking customers and car passengers. I think proper training and discipline can improve their productivity and behaviors.

Very pleasant stay. Have stayed here before; noticed some nice upgrades to the room. Helpfully met at international terminal by Mr Shohid; all staff courteous & helpful. Enjoyed my stay. Had good internet connectivity. Mr. Walid welcomed me.

Nice stay. Many mosquitoes in the rooftop bar was unexpected. Massage is very good but pedicurist used her own equippment, which was not so nice. The hotel should have a kit ready for the pedicurist.

Excellent service and customer care Everything went well so far except restaurant. Foods are very expensive and poor quality. Most of the servers are very good except one host. He is not nice and not customer friendly. Sometimes he is more obsessive with his food rather than customers satisfaction

I stayed at the hotel 9 days. There were not much courtesy to and options for late check out. Duty manager (a man) was not nice with customer. There was a female receptionist very unprofessional and teasing customers behind them. She was also telling others that hotels have certain rules even I was not dealing with her. This kinds of side talk is very unprofessional and confusing.
