Great hotel, great location.
Comfortable room, very nicely decorated and with a sense for details such as lavender soap in the bathroom :-)
Friendly and very helpful staff. And last not least - great breakfast. Be sure to book that too!
Sault is a lovely quiet village, yet offers everything you need as a tourist - shopping, restaurants, food and fuel. Great base for excursions in the area: Mount Ventoux, Gorges de la Nesque, lavender fields, Gorges du Toulourenc.
Bottom line: Could not have been any better.

Nice hotel. Beautiful views, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is within a 5min stroll up the stairs to the town center, a perfect combination of proximity and distance. Allows for easy access to everything the town offers, while providing peace and quiet when desired. Highly recommend!

This is clearly a cyclists hotel, targeted at men who love the Tour de France.
Our room was clean, but very Spartan (no chairs, no desk). We had accidentally opted for the shared bathroom which was unisex. Given the college dorm aesthetic and decor, the room was very overpriced. This seemed more like a new hostel, than a hotel. As two women travelers, I just think we picked the wrong hotel.
For the hotel’s benefit, I think this would work for the right audience — men who are on a group cycling holiday in the Region and are looking for a place to sleep and shower with other cyclists.
There is a very masculine lounge (deep leather chairs, framed autographed cycling shirts on the wall, bikes hanging from the ceiling) and a terrace with a great view. It would be a great place to meet other cyclists and swap cycling stories. It looks like they are building a bar, so beer will be available.
The hosts were excellent, and followed up when we did not arrive (we accidentally booked the wrong day). They generously changed our reservation without charging us.
