The hotel is located in the absolute best location! The room was very comfortable but there is no cleaning service (new towels) unless you ask in advance. There is also no shampoo and conditioner; just the body wash, and no body lotion. This seems to be the new normal in Italian hotels unless they are 5 star. Not really an issue though because there is a Coop store directly next door. We would definitely stay there again. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great.

This property is located directly under the two towers, which means that the GPS could not find it. At piazza Rossini, several blocks away, the signal was lost. We were required to phone into reception, insist that someone come to find us and guide us to the private parking lot, which is well hidden underneath a building. Advance instructions sent to us for finding it were simply a screen shot, not written with street names or landmarks. All that being said, Lorenzo was accommodating. I suggest that a written set of instructions be sent to guests that direct them out of the no-drive zone. The situation is very clean and accessible by a small elevator; however, opening the door to the suites was a problem on the first night due to a "trick" required. We were locked out for an hour. The streets are extremely noisy well into the early morning hours; we were told that this we were in the university ghetto with partying students. Then, to close the windows, the A/C could not be run. It is understood that the center of town is very old; however, the streets are broken down and there is graffiti on every available wall of these ancient edifices. The Basilica di San Petronio is within walking distance and is well worth a visit. There are some good little restaurants in the vicinity, but all needed reservations in advance. Would not make a return visit.

Good stay. 1mins walk to towers and close to all historic sites. A lot of restaurants around. Easy to take bus to bologna central station. sound insulation is so so. But compared to the location and convenience. It is ok.

We loved this this accommodation! Situated next to the Two Towers, but not at all touristy. Lovely reception/breakfast area. Very helpful, friendly staff. Sophisticated but not pretentious atmosphere. Would definitely return/recommend.

Since check in calling us to see what time we arrive because they leave Ita a building with siftent rooma in it lobby on the 1 floor , had to carry suitcaaes thru stairs first, room with other romms on 3 floor Its not q prper hotel its like a hostal They dont do your room in the mornings We Will never atay there again

I absolutely loved our stay here. From the pre check in available, to the location and the staff, everyone and everything was wonderful. I’m just annoyed we only stayed one night as this place is perfect for a longer stay. Will definitely book here again.

The place was great. Very convenient location, easy walking. The room was very clean and spacious, The food was great. So much to choose from for breakfast or snacks. Most of all, the staff was amazing!! They were always available and so helpful and upbeat - each and everyone we talked to throughout our stay. We had to leave before the breakfast time for a flight and they packed an awesome bag full of food and drinks they left in the refrigerator for us to pick up on our way out. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!’

The staff here is amazing! Thanks Alessia for all your help! Location was great! Breakfast plentiful but the staff makes this place. The room was a nice size and big bathroom! The mattress was just ok a bit hard. A little spruce up in paint and deep cleaning baseboards would be great. I would stay here again.

I loved everything about it except the keys -- having to carry several keys around with one is a burden. The other thing I disliked was the online checkin, which turned out to be cumbersome when traveling (not always easy to access WiFi).

We've stayed for 1 night at 051Suites in the heart of the old city of Bologna. The location is great - just next to the 2 towers. The appartments ate clean and comfort and the dining area is very well equipped with coffee machine, fulll kitchen, pastries and drinks. Note that the parking is 300m away from the appartments and costs 24 Euro.

The hosts have made this such a whimsical decor. Very unique with so much character. Front desk was exceptionally helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was delicious. Room was spacious. I wished I had stayed longer!! Surpassed expectations.

Highly recommend this hotel. Clean rom, good breakfast and the staff was great. The staff was helpful with everything, from places to eat, things to do and how to travel in Italy. I simply loved Bologna and if I ever go back, I will definitly stay here!

The hotel is super well located, the rooms are very nicely appointed and super clean. The greatest feature of this property is the staff are amazingly friendly and genuinely helpful which makes you fell very welcome and at home. Don’t hesitate to stay here.
