The hotel was generally fine, but in need of some upgrading in my opinion. Pool area old looking too. Device great and friendly. Price kind of high but very convenient in center city location.

The room was great. The kitchen area had a sink, microwave, and refrigerator. The breakfast was good. The muffins and potatoes were delicious. The only negative was that the shower was stuck on massage mode and only one section of it worked. In their defense, I didn't contact anyone about it. It wasn't a painful massage setting. My boyfriend and I will definitely stay there again.

Good location for restaurants and shops. One downfall for the room was no place to hang up clothes. Didn’t notice this at first until I seen a do not hang sign near the sprinkler system in room. So someone probably did this. You would think that would make you realize that this needs to be addressed. Staff was courteous and the breakfast staff were awesome. Would stay again

Front desk Staff was nice and polite . Ms Felicia in the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. The only issue with our stay was the house keeper attempting to enter the room at 10am. When he had an 11am check out

The room had a smokey smell, woke up with achy sinuses from it, could smell on clothes when we got home.and no matter how low I set room temperature it was warm overnight. Breakfast was decent for a Hampton Inn. Lots of towels, floor nice and quiet

You do NOT get what you pay for here. When I made the reservation I was a bit surprised at the cost - I’ve pad the same for rooms in Philadelphia and NY - but I figured it would be a posh treat. Wrong. The decor runs from bland to tacky. The room smells like old air freshener. There are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The pool area is absolutely filthy. We honestly came close to leaving for another town, but still nice we have an appointment we opted to see a movie at the theater down the block and sleep. The staff are nice. That’s the only saving grace. Had I paid less I would not be nearly as miffed. I will hesitate before booking Hampton (Hilton, Doubletree) again.

Appreciate that Hampton Inn is so dependable in its quality. Lovely breakfast and very nice staff there and at front desk. Very comfortable beds and excellent shower. Seemed odd that the AC did not cycle on and off -- ran all the time! We were in room 311 - a nice, quiet and convenient room.

Pros: bed was comfy, shower had good water pressure and temperature, breakfast had delicious belgian waffle flavors. Business center was helpful, pool looked nice, but i didnt have a chance to use it, stellar location Cons: thick dust on the bottom of the nightstand, drink rings (non-permanent) on the top of the dresser, mystery drips on the bathroom floor that didnt evaporate and were visible at night with the bathroom light on. I honestly havent been in a hotel room this dirty since covid started, and this makes me hesitate to recommend this hotel.

During our stay the back entrance to hotel was unlocked, anyone could enter. We did tell maintenance and front desk but for the 4 days we were there a key was not needed day or night to enter back door Breakfast, food and service was perfect

I would definitely stay here again. The room was spacious and clean. The free breakfast was nice. The food was nothing to write home about but for the price I love it. It tasted mass produced but it was adequate. I had an omelette and sausage patty and potatoes (real potatoes!) and some toast and peanut butter and strawberry juice. The beds were comfy. Furnishings were okay. For a one night stay this was great.

Once again, we chose a Hampton because of the proximity to softball tournament and the washer/dryer option. Traveling with young kids for a two day softball tournament - things get pretty dirty.....and, once again, the washer was not available. Disappointed in the breakfast options....seemed rather skimpy. Although the staff kept area clean and well stocked, the choices were rather minimal. Bathrooms were clean, but I felt as though the individuals that made up the beds put little effort into seeing that it was crisp and inviting....like other Hamptons we have stayed at. Overall, it was good. But, I guess we are spoiled because typically Hilton hotels are top notch and staff are well trained to put their best foot forward for their customers. I do understand the challenges facing employers in obtaining quality staff, and it was a "good" stay, but I'm assuming your management would be striving for excellent!

The hotel is very overpriced for the room and ambience. The room was large, but it contained no chair on which a guest could relax. It did contain a desk & desk chair, but no arm chair. I’ve not been to a hotel that charged morr than $ 250 a night ghat dis not have an armchair. It was a corner room, which is nice, but it was noisy. The location is ideal. The breakfast was edible, the coffee plentiful, and the front desk staff was friendly & efficient. Also, there was no housekeeping—no making of the bed or emptying of the trash. For the money, this hotel is not eith it (but in Schenectady, one has little choice).
