Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Front desk worker was rude upon checkin. She let me walk up and stand at the desk for a couple minutes without so much as a greeting while she looked at the computer screen. Not friendly during whole process. Both shades were broken in our room, so we couldn’t even open them. We tried to open one and the whole thing just fell in the floor. They had to have known because part of one shade was in the closet. They were hanging up all crooked, so the light from the parking lot came in on all sides which made it hard to sleep at all. There were no linens at all in the room for the couch bed. The bathroom didn’t have a working fan, so it was so steamed up by the time your shower was over that you might as well not have taken one. The shower fixtures were falling apart, along with the bathroom tile. The water also had almost no pressure at all. When we went down to breakfast, all of the coffee containers were empty and it was barely 8 am. Only one elevator was working, so it was faster to take the stairs. We literally waited on an elevator for 5 mins and it never came to our floor, so we ended up carrying our luggage down the stairs to leave.

After checking in ( with no problem ) the lady at the desk had to escort me to my room because they were not able to make a room key because the machine was down since last Saturday. That ment that anytime I left my room, I had to go to the desk to come open my room door. My room was 205 and the water pressure for the sink was slightly greater than a steady drip. The bed was very comfortable with very nice pillows. Breakfast was little bit less than average. The orange juice was very weak and watered down but the cranberry juice was on point. On a scale of 1 - 10, I would rate it a 5.

The tv maybe have 4-5 channels so we really didn’t watch tv too much. They had breakfast but we didn’t get up on time. Check out was quick and fast too. This guy was real nice. The hotel is around restaurants and a Walmart down the street. So will I come back and my answer is yes I will

As soon as we walked in, we knew immediately we didn’t want to stay. Outdated decor, no bar/restaurant visible when entering. Went to the room and again, outdated and very plain. We asked for a refund and the gentleman said we would receive a refund in a few days. After 4 days, I called back and was told to call Hotels.com for refund. I asked to speak to a manager. At first I was told he was on the phone, then when I said I would wait, I was told he was in a meeting and gave my number. No one ever called me back.

Place was dirty. 1st room looked like it was still in use. The beds were not made and there was trash in room. The elevator was also dirty ŵith old stains on the floor. The bathroom still had pooped in it ànd was disgusting.
